I seen ad through the the game I was playing. opened up the ad, was interested in the product they were selling. I proceeded to purchase the product. I had the option to pay all at once or make payments, I chose the payments. After filling out the form online, I was taken to another screen where(Shop Pay) to set up the payments. All 4 payments were taken, I never received any product. I contacted through email several times, that I never received my product, all they keep saying that it was forwarded to their customer service Department. After 4 or 5 times of conversing via email, I asked for my money back. I haven't heard from them. I also sent a letter to supposedly the founders of Noor hair, the address I mentioned earlier, to explain all this. I have gotten the letter back unable to deliver.

Weekender bag from EMETOU through QVC. Ordered off FB for $39.98 got confirmation number and tried checking delivery time only to find out it is a scam that uses QVC as their indication that the bag is coming from QVC. Uses famous actress advertising their bag on FB and their website. Emetou.com.

Item never received all research I have done says this is a scam website and no products are ever sent even though they show a secured ordering web access for payment

She has a shopify website and takes your money through the cash app and never ships it out. I contacted her several times and no response for when it will be shipped or for a refund. I ordered my items in Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 and have received nothing and no response.

I ordered this item through a link off tik tok. The email provided by company does not work. The number i found does not work. I can't get ahold of any one regarding my order. Several reviews show several customers never got items purchased either

Purchased a litter box, and then another purchased attempted to be tried. I cancelled my debit card. I then received an email for a shipment. It never went to my house, it went somewhere else. When I look at the picture of the delivery it’s clearly not a litter box either. I attempted to email them and it was undelivered. There is no other contact information for them. It says it came from Lone Tree CO.

I ordered two wine glasses on 11/21/22 as a gift for friends. Was charged $54.85 on my credit card. Glasses were never delivered. I received a response email from them promising delivery which never made it. Order number: 18219.

I'm disputing the charge with the credit card but would appreciate support in going after these scammers to prevent it from happening to others.

I attempted to order canisters off an ad on Facebook on 2/28/23. They accepted Apple Pay and guaranteed secure checkout. I thought they were legit. On two separate occasions I was told the package had been delivered and they included a picture but they were not my house. I have had several emails back and forth with the email address provided and they continue to say they they are still sending the package but the messages are very vague and have very little detail. The charge to my card was to TOPTECHTIER with a Florida address. Phone number 213 340 7829.

Last email I received:

Dear Becky,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear that your package was delivered to the wrong address again.

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

We will work with our shipping carrier to investigate the matter further.

Paid via zelle. No order after six months. Multiple attempts at contact. Initially ignored, then a fake tracking number generated, still no shipment and no package. Same thing happened to my friend. She’s scamming people

March 27,2023

The order did go through and my card was charged $119.98.

I have not received any confirmation number or tracking number

or any communication from this company.

The phone number listed leads me to an advertisement that wants my credit card number.

I ordered 2 dress' and 2 pair of shoes in November 2022 and they took my money and didn't deliver the products. I have emailed several times with their ticketing system which does not offer a phone number or manager or anyone to help resolve the matter. I told them I want my money back since I have not received it and it's now March 2023! I called the USPS with the tracking number and they said it looks like a scam since it's stuck in Georgia and does not have my address on it to be delivered.

In 3/4/23 placed Order #44b638-154b for two pair of tennis shoes (1-Blue Women's QC Cloud Road Running Shoes | 719642-RWO, Size - 7.5 $64.42 and 1-White Men's QC Cloudrush Road Running Shoes 759328-UKW, Size - 10 $64.42).

Total with discount: $96.00. I have attempted contact x3 without success and never received shoes that were supposed to be here within 16 days. Order still says processing and no phone number to call. I used PayPal.

While playing a game on the iPad, my mother had an ad pop up advertising weight loss gummies that were confirmed by Oprah Winfrey to work. After doing some research, it looked real. She ordered the product and was promised the order would ship in 1 business day and be received in 3-5 days. This was on 3/17/23. When she had not received an email as of this morning, I advised her to call the 800 number that was provided. She called and a women with a heavy Indian accent answered. Mom was asked for her account number and advised that she did not have one. She was then asked for her email address which she provided 4 times. The person then asked for the last 4 digits of her credit card. At that point, Mom said no and hung up. After finding this out, I smelled a scam. After looking at the ScamPulse.com website, I found that this is a scam.

A spa cover was order April 2022 with a promise of delivery in 16 weeks. The credit card was billed. After 4 or so months, when I began trying to contact the company for an update, NONE of the contacts methods got any response, not email, phone calls, or voice mails. After a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, I got a standard email response that delivery would be January or February 2023. This is now almost April 2023 and no product, also no responses to any of my inquiries. My opinion is that the company offers a product at a good price with no intentions of delivery, taking the money and then ghosting the customer. I would say this was A TOTAL SCAM from the beginning.
