When I did not recieve these items, I emailed them back and forth many many times and only got excuses..I want my money back and they only offered a few dollars I paid for shipping.. Numerous times I asked for my items..wanted for gifts back in March and April..Now August and they still respond with excuses.. They need to be reported,

I went online to purchase MS Office 2019 Pro edition. Their website stated they were partnered with Microsoft and had a link to the Microsoft Website. I attempted to download the copy at which time it said it was not secure and could not be downloaded. I tried several times and kept getting the same response. I tried all of the help links they have on their website. None were of any help. I wrote twice on their website, I called the phone number listed and I tried their chat. The phone and chat said no one was available (even though it was during their "office hours"). I then got a cd of the program from the friend thinking that since I paid for it and had the serial key I could use it. After loading that copy I tried the serial key and was told it was not a valid Microsoft key. I wrote two emails. Wrote an email again that I wanted my money back since I felt it was a scam and have heard nothing from them other than an auto response from my first request for help downloading the product on their website and nothing in response to my three emails after that.

I bought the product, I emailed and they told me it was lost in shipment that they were going to ship it to me again and asked me to be patient and then they stopped responding to my emails. Now I send them emails and it gets kicked back and non-deliverableable. No matter what e-mail i send it to. I am out of my money with no product and no way to contact anyone about my missing m=product.

Ordered 3 custom shirts. Said 2-4 weeks. It has been over 4 weeks. They won't answer emails or phone. Blocked me from social media when I complained on their site.

Ordered 2 pool chairs. Got order confirmation and tracking number. Was never able to track package. Emailed customer service multiple times and got responses assuring me it was on the way. Finally after one month, they responded it must have gotten lost in transit and would refund 30% of my cost, saying they also lost too so couldn’t refund the full amount. A few weeks after my order, I realized I’d been scammed and disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded. So I’m not worried about the money but hope this company gets taken down from Facebook and anywhere else they advertise

This company claimed to be a trademark filing assistance company. I was initially concerned when they kept asking for more money than they had originally said. They said they wanted to file a trademark under 3 classes for $1,500. When I viewed the application it was incorrectly filed and it looked like only one class. Then they told me to pay an additional endorsement fee for all 50 states that totaled $1050. Then they weren't properly delivering on the items they said they would. I then looked them up online and found out they were a scam. So I claimed fraud on my credit card company. They started harassing me and using fear to try and manipulate me. Telling me that I was going to permanently lose my ability to file for my trademark. I called the USPTO.gov office and they explained that this was indeed a scam. They were super helpful in how to reverse the application and start on my own. I suggest anyone looking to file consider just doing it themselves and saving themselves from this headache. Trademark Gen is a total scam.

Keep saying they are backed up on shipments it’s been 7 months since I placed my order so obviously that’s bs now that I told them I’m reporting their business they logged out of the website such worthless people to scam others it so horrible i don’t know how people sleep at night knowing they are stealing money from people it’s so not right it’s actually disgusting!!!

The person texted me back instantly when i was interested in purchasing. They told me when the turnaround time was and it’s been multiple days since then. Other people have also reported them for being a scammer but i just didn’t do well enough research.

I thought I was clicking on socks sporting goods and after I paid the email was from”Stanley”. After a month I finally got a shipping notification. After a week it said delivered to some P.O. Box in Arkansas. I live in Florida. When I contacted them again, I heard nothing and then a few weeks ago got an email that they were going to reship it. Still have not received shipping notification and asked for my money back numerous times.

On TV and internet, this company advertised buy 2 get 2 free All-terrain Utility Wagons for $39.99 plus $9.98 shipping=$49.97. I paid with credit card. They took my money but I never recieved wagons. I've tried to contact company in London, United Kingdom, but no response. Phone number does not exist. ScamPulse.com cannot help me get my money back as out of US. Beware all who are interested in this item. Is a true SCAM! I've lost my money!!!!!

The merchant promoted a sale for two items for the cost and only delivered one of the items. Upon inquiry about the status of the unfulfilled portion of my order they proceed to scam me with an irrational argument that my order was made for only one item despite the evidence otherwise presented on the invoice that they screenshot to me.

I ordered a chair on their website. Order No. 00040366. Placed on Mar 26,2023. They took the money out of my Capital one account but I never received the product. I tried calling them but they do not have a phone #. I reached out to them on 3 separate occasions via email and received no information. I believe it is a fake company and fake email that goes nowhere. I should have known better!

Ordered products with them and never received them. Contacted them about it and they didn’t do anything. It’s been over a year. It says a shipping label was created but nothing has been shipped. It’s a complete scam

I paid online with my debit, for the product and shipping.

I was sent confirmation email and a tracking # through a logistics company.

China post supposedly delivered the product to somewhere in my town.

I emailed the parent CO with no response.
