They built a website online that looks legit and even have reviews on trust pilot and a Facebook page, however there’s no phone number or actual address for the company, when payment was made to them it processed out of Great Britain not the U.S.A. And when I reached out regarding a refund They refuse to send anything showing a refund, I noticed when I went to the Facebook page that all the comments are removed that they don’t want anyone to see, this page has been operating for a while scamming people.

I ordered 5 swimsuits and a dress on April 10th, they said it was delivered on 5/14/23 which is on a sunday, regular mail doesn’t come on Sunday, they said it was left in mailbox/courtyard. not true. I never received it and they won’t refund my money.

When shipped, company did not provide any shipping nor did they respond to any emails I sent requesting tracking. Only ever got automatic responses. More than likely stole money from my bank account as well. Sit is fishy, information like the phone number seems off and was made in 2023.

I ordered items from an ad that appeared on Facebook on 4/4/2023. It Looked like a legit site so I ordered items and now it has been over a month. My Only means of contact I am capable of is email, and I requested a refund, but there response has been that they stated they will not refund my purchase and that I will have to wait, with no confirmation on how long.

I saw an Instagram ad for Glory Home Finds and it was offering a triangle shaped pillow that would fit between the mattress and the wall for only $20. I ordered it (order # 7618 placed on 2/29/23) and I snapped a pic of the order info. Good thing I did because I never received a confirmation email, a shipping email or anything else. When I have gone to the website, it has a 'contact' option but nothing happens when you click it.

I ordered 2 pair of tennis shoes (1 blue women's QC Cloud Road Running #719642-RWO size 7.5 and one men's white QC Cloudrush Road Running #759328-UKW size 10) that was never received. Total $128.85 minus "discounts" total $96 charged to my card and never delivered. Company contacted through customer service on their site (no other contact available) with NO response and NO refund.

I ordered off a facebook ad

i got an email that i ordered and then when i reached out to the company they told me that my package was delivered. I never got my 4 pairs if shoes. And they told me to file a missing package form with USPS. My post master told me to go online to fill is out.

My daughter found that it was a scam and that they tend to send something else that i did not order in its place. I did receive a stange package i did not order and according to other people that is what they received.

A ring was sent and not 4 pairs of shoes.

I was on Facebook and I clicked on that website it was a different name at the time and I placed an order I ordered the matching shoes and bag puma set pink and white I ordered a pair of Nike slides and I ordered my son two outfits I paid them they took my order and I have screenshots of my order confirmation order number and everything

The company jrcpanny advertised on Facebook clothing from JCPenny. I ordered $40.54 with of merchandise and I cannot get my order from them, and I cannot get any information from them. I emailed them many times and it cannot be delivered. [email protected]

Ordered a spa cover on 4/12/22, continually delayed, excuses made by company. Once we asked for a refund (5 months later) they continued to make excuses about why the refund was delayed. To date have never received our $335 back. Florida State Attorney General has filed a claim/suit against them. Apparently they have done this to several people.

This company advertises buy one get one free. I only received one cane. After contacting customer support I received multiple explanations. I was first told they ran out of inventory and would send second cane in a few days. After not receiving it, they said it would take longer due to the number of orders. The final result was they sent a screen shot of their current website indicating to receive the free second cane you must put two in your cart. I’m not sure if the website was changed after I made order on February 18, 2023. Or whether I didn’t see this information due to the obscure location where it’s located on their website. I do know that since I’ve had this issue, I’ve researched and seen several other complaints of this nature. At best, it very misleading advertising, aimed at senior citizens or people with mobility issues. If you look at their site, you’ll see the notice to add two to the cart to get one free is located below the spot where you place the order and would be easily missed by most people. It feels like a targeted scam to get people to order without the company genuinely intending to send two canes.
