I saw an add on Instagram for a product and did a little research, thought it was a legit company. Place an online order on their website in Nov 22 and have never received the products. I emailed, sent direct messages and no one has ever replied. I commented on their posts about being a scam and they deleted comment and blocked me.

I saw an add for the website. I ordered a product. I received and email conformation. This was on 11/14/2022. After many weeks I asked for an update because I had not received anything. I received a "blanket" email saying they were running behind. I have sent several emails since asking for an update on my order and they refuse to answer my emails. I've asked for a refund and heard nothing. It has been eight weeks and I can get no reply.

Placed an order October 10th, order has still not even been confirmed according to their website nor have I received my product. I have emailed several times with absolutely no response or update. They have no number listed on their site to be able to call. Tried to “shop small” and ended up getting $135 stolen from me.

Website selling winter gear, I was getting a ton of ads after doing a quick search and fell for it. The products are never delivered, the tracking numbers are fakes that continuously state, package received by third party carrier's but never go anywhere. Business can't be verified, no one answers the phone and the email support gives only a single generic response. I don't want anyone else to fall for this.

I placed an order from two different companies. One package contained 4 fleece ponchos (Fashionsteens) and the other was Christmas clothing and shoes (Poloplanet). No packages were ever received. Upon contacting each company, I found that they were one and the same. A person named Kelly responded to both emails telling me packages were delivered. She gave me the transport company email which also turned out to be fake. No one is going to help me get my deliveries. I am just out the money! Warn others!

My friend found the product on Facebook and we both ordered in early December. The website claimed the markers would be “guaranteed” by Christmas. We did not receive the markers and have received several “updated shipping” emails that don’t link to anywhere except for advertisements on their website to buy more. No tracking information has been able to be accessed. I emailed asking for a refund and received no response, but did receive a “your markers are halfway there” email with no legitimate tracking number. People on Instagram and Facebook have commented saying they have not received the product or a response from the company. I disputed the claim with my bank and the username for the person behind the account was something like “bootymahbooty” which is clearly not a marker company.

made online purchase, like anything else now days. said it would be delivered within a MONTH. coming from over seas i knew it wasnt going to be quick. made the purchase. kept checking for delivery status every now and then. noticed my in transit state now said delivered. as of 4 days ago now. was "delivered to a parcel locker". not to my house. and noone in my house has seen anything. when questioned upon reading this, sent a email to the company. they said to verify my address is correct; it is. verify some other things which were all good. and was told to follow up with my local postal service for where they left the package. noone knows where this package was left. just keep telling me it was delivered. i know it was delivered i need to know where. will not ever order from them again. found them on an ad on instagram.

The website konitodesign.com advertised on social media and had great prices for furniture. I ordered a pair of nightstands and then nothing ever shipped. I contacted the email addresses on their website - [email protected] and [email protected] - to inquire on status and received no responses. I also posted a comment to their Instagram page, which they deleted.

They are a fake company. They have a website and instagram. I bought an item off of it but several reviews post they never got any product nor any refund from the company. I have not received my product and i asked for a refund. I have not gotten a refund.

I placed an order from this website a month and a half ago (and was charged for it) yet still haven't received it. I contacted the company via email and they respond and say "were sorry for the inconvenience" but will not provide me with an order update, then just stopped answering completely. They do not list a phone number anywhere on their website.

I made a purchase on usaforeverstamps.com and did not receive my stamps. Once I revisited the website and e-mails I had received from the "company", I noticed numerous typos and responses that did not make sense. I reported the charge and information to my bank and now on BBB.

This company was advertising candles on Facebook and Instagram, purchased item via Shop pay. Shipping policy is 4-8 days. Never sent item. Company has no phone number, only email addresses. Emailed all email addresses I can find multiple times with no response. Order never sent. Money taken with no response from company.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They charge separately for shipping which seemed odd. I received the first pair but when the second order arrived, it was a bunch of key fabs and other junk. When I compare the tracking numbers they match and so I was sent the junk by them. I tried reaching them numerous ways and they ended up denying they sent it and would not resend the shoes. They also charged me more than my invoice showed.

THEY ADVERTISE ON PINTEREST NON STOP.

I TRIED TO ORDER THE "PEOPLE SIZED "DOG" BED WITH BLANKET AND PILLOW" FOR ABOUT $50. PINTEREST HAD PHOTOS ALL DAY LONG (ANOTHER VERSION THAT WAS ON SHARK TANK SELLS FOR $400). I NOW BELIEVE THEY RIPPED OFF THE PRODUCT.

I ORDERED IT. THE CREDIT CARD DECLINED THE CHARGE. I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ERROR ON MY PART AND USED A DIFFERENT CARD. THE BANK PINGED ME, I SAID IT WAS OKAY TO PLACE THE ORDER (THEY HAVE THE "SECURE" SYMBOL NEXT TO THEIR SITE, I THOUGHT THEY WERE OKAY).

I WAS CHARGED ABOUT $50.

I EMAILED THEM AND SAID NOTHING CAME. NO REPLY. I TRIED AGAIN. NO REPLY. IT SEEMS MY BANK HAD ALREADY GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK KNOWING THEY WERE A SCAM.

THE SITE IS STILL UP, NO BEDS, BUT THEY SELL MANY ITEMS. PLEASE GOOGLE THEM, SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF AND I DON'T THINK THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO FILE A REPORT.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THEM.

A purchase was made for a less than genuine looking bracelet. On the merchant’s website, it stated that the store is based in North Carolina. After 2 weeks of me not receiving my item, I requested cancellation. The merchant, even though the item was not in her possession, initially refused to cancel. She finally agreed, and when 6 days pasted by with the item still not cancelled, I reached out and the merchant stated that a refund would appear on my account in 1 to 3 business days. Instead, the merchant sent me a tracking number stating that the item was shipped on the same day that the merchant said the refund would be provided. Upon checking the track number, I was provided with a message that the item was being shipped from Turkey to Australia. The merchant is a fraud conducting business on Etsy’s website under a false business name and website in North Carolina.
