I’ve sent numerous emails, with no response! If their social media page pops up, and you comment on it, it’s quickly removed! They had awesome reviews, which they themselves probably made!

They show name brand items that are on sale - such a good deal in fact that you think why not two? Then they never deliver. When I emailed and demanded my money back they actually replied quickly and wanted to make things right. Through the course of back and forth emails they produce a 'screen-shot' portion of a tracking system saying the package has already been delivered. They offered to give back 50% and now 60% - I'm not messing with them any more. Just RE-learned a valuable lesson.

Website came up in a search for a florist in MS. Put in the online order, received an email two days later that they were trying to contact the flower shop and did we mind if they swapped out the arrangement. So it's not local, so we submitted an online order to cancel the order. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. The credit card charge is showing pending.

I placed an order online twice and then realize my product never showed up. I attempt to call the customer service number, it’s out of service. Then I turn to the BBS to file this complaint after doing so, I started reading reviews. This makes sense. This is a scam be aware!!!

I placed an order on 10/20/23 and paid extra shipping and insurance they said the items would be delivered by Dec. 24th. I have emailed 7 plus times and opened a case on paypal about this company. There is no contact number with this company. They will not refund the money due to the items have been shipped. No information

My son wanted Nike Reverse Grinch shoes for Christmas. I found them on this site and it said nothing about a replica. My son received them and they are a counterfeit/replica/poor one. When I investigated return process it states their shoes are replicas but it no where stated that in the description or anywhere on teh site. The policy states that it can be returned in 7 days if they have not met expectations. I reached out multiple times, multiples ways and their response was after the 7 days and that it couldn't be returned. I hope you can warn others about this site!

Very real-looking ad looking like Macy's ad. Everything looked normal until I did not receive a confirmation email. But payment was pending to my credit card immediately. payment there was to OFTAT. I have received a shipping notification via email. They said it is being shipped by Fedex, but the tracking number says Sprinter. The number is not recognized by either company. I do not expect to receive anything.

received an unauthorized charge on Order Number: 11755 for the exclusive membership offer program for $39.95.

The exclusive membership offer program for $39.95 was not wanted or agreed to when I purchased 1 LED GO Charger at $4.95 on Order Invoice 11754 through a Facebook ad from GO LED Charger. I received invoice 11754 for the product but it was under a different company name and it went to my junk folder,

A separate invoice was also sent from that same company, that also went to my junk folder, but was made to look like a marketing advertisement with the charge and details listed way down at the very bottom of the email.

I ordered product from this company. Once I received it and realized it didn't work, I tried to return it. There was no phone number to call. I had to submit my request to return on their website but never received a response. I also wrote a review and it was taken off the site! This company is a scam and should be put out of business!

which is what it said to do on the website.I have made several e-mails to them and its been over a week with no response.There is no

This popped up on facebook as a black friday sale with HomeGoods. I purchased merchandise with my credit card. They do not respond to their email. Most likely a scam.

I was shopping for a birthday gift for my daughter. This site had the best price. I was duped.

I got a receipt but nothing more. Haven’t been able to track down any information. The contact info on my “receipt” all leads to dead ends.

I showed a picture that doesnt match the item sent.

The item sent was very cheap and arrived broken.

I contacted them about a refund. They refused and said that they would send another which I didnt want.

They never refunded the money or sent a replacement

The primary issue with this website is that they only sell the cheapest product, but have very high-end products in their website. One of my friend got their cheapest product for $40, and it actually looked cheap. So now when I thought I don't like the cheap wallet and wanted to get a premium one with $70, they still sent me the cheap wallet. At first I thought it was a mistake and tried to get in touch with them. But then I found out that they don't have any way to get in touch with them. They just have a website, no email, no address. In the website there is a 'contact us' form, which when filled they are supposed to contact us - but I never heard back from them. After trying for a few days, I contacted American Express (my credit card company) and they refunded back the money after some proof submission etc. But I never heard back from this website. I just got to know about this way of reporting a scam, so thought I should report this scam that on the surface looks legitimate, but always tries to upsell its customers while delivering the same cheap products.

I ordered 42 dollars and clothes dresses shoes and purses and never see nothing and they keep sending me emails about they having difficulties and they'll send me a refund to turn around and send me a $2. That is a complete insult and disrespectful you add me for a 70% refund then turn right at me for a 4% refund and I asked for my 100% back to only get 2 refund , unacceptable
