I ordered some summer clothes and never received any tracking or even

My package they said 3-5 days delivery and now they aren’t responding

The boots I ordered were labeled size 48 like I had ordered, but they were much smaller and mismarked - more like size 44. I sent them photos showing that they were smaller than my size 46 shoes I had outgrown. They refused to send me an address to return them, and they refused to refund me.

Husband attempting to purchase a replacement dashboard for 1991 Chevy 3500. Found scammer's Facebook page and reached out about a product. Scammer immediately responds and tries to rush decision and payment of item. I insisted on researching more. Google searched one of his website photos and found it to be stolen from a Facebook group "Squarebody Accessories Home (swapmeet). Then googled business name and found several articles that stated customers never received their items and were blocked by business owner as soon as payment was submitted and fake tracking information was received. Attached is the photo I google image searched.

I originally saw an ad for the store in Instagram. When looking on the site it presented itself with a picture of having a storefront in Vancouver as well as saying it is based out of Vancouver.

?? Hours:

?? Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 18:00

?? Saturday: 9:00 - 15:00

?? Email: [email protected]

?? Based in Vancouver – Serving with Love

After shopping the site I purchased two items. A dress (The Anabella Elegance Dress) and shoes (Manon - Stylish Heels ). The items were extremely late to be shipped and when questioned about it they responded by email with the following "I completely understand your concern, and I want to assure you that your order is on track for delivery next week—at the latest by the end of the week.

"There has been huge demand for this dress, and we truly appreciate your patience.

We operate from one central warehouse, which allows us to offer a wider selection of styles and efficiently ship across Canada. This also became necessary due to COVID, which led us to transition fully online."

After finally receiving my items they were NOTHING like the pictures that were shown on the site. Instead, they were cheap and poorly made knockoffs that weren't even close to looking like the real thing. The dress was made of nothing more than a curtain. Threads were loose and it was see thru. The shoes on the site showed they were made of leather. The shoes that arrived looked like nothing more than a low cost man made material. The next interaction was an email I sent stating my severe disappointment and the cheap quality. I stated I wanted a refund and gave the requested information as listed on the website. Their return policy reads as follows

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and packaging as received.

Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to: [email protected]

Include the following details:

Order number

Reason for return request

Photo of the product (in case of breakage or defect)

Customer’s full name

Customer’s address

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return address upon request. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been dispatched, and a refund will not be possible before the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us via email at [email protected] with a clear declaration of your decision to cancel the order. Cancellation is completed once we receive the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Cancellations for Orders in Transit

Since our products are shipped from international suppliers, transit times may vary. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait until you receive the package and then proceed with the return process.

To ensure a quick return process, we request that you send us a shipping confirmation once you have dispatched the return.

Refund Process

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged additional fees for the refund.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.

For further questions, contact [email protected].

In return the response email stated the following:

Exchanges or returns are, of course, no problem and can always be done within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please note, as indicated on our website, we do not offer a free return service. We also do not have a department store in Canada — we work solely with our centralized warehouse in China, located near our fabric suppliers and production partners. This setup allows us to maintain strict quality control, fair pricing, and support a more eco-conscious operation, as mentioned on our website.

You can find our full return policy here:

?? Refund Policy

Enclosed is the return form. Since we have only one global warehouse, all returns must be sent there for processing. Returns sent to any other address may be destroyed and will not qualify for a refund.

If a return is inconvenient, we also offer the following alternatives to make things easier and more sustainable:

?? Keep the item(s) and receive a 40% refund of your total order value — no return shipping needed.

?? Choose a completely different product for free, and still keep the original item(s).

These options help us reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions from returns. (As part of our eco promise, we plant a tree for every 3 orders placed ??.)

Nowhere on their site does it state that they do not have a location in Vancouver but says "Based in Vancouver" leading you to believe (with the photo) that this is not the case. It also states that the website states that their main warehouse is in China which under review I found NO evidence of this.

They are holding me responsible for shipping it back to China, in which, I have no faith that I will even receive a refund. Or I can get 40% of the amount of my order (which I still don't believe I'll receive) if I decide not to ship.

I have advised them that I will be making this report.

Place an order online with a link from Facebook for shoes from dickshoppingsale.com which post a picture of Dick's Sporting Goods as the retailer but is in fact a scam.

This website (and it's many other iterations) pretends to be a store based in your local area (Vancouver, Los Angeles, London, etc) that is having a closing out sale with deep discounts on clothing items. It claims that the store is a "cherished local boutique in the heart of Canada" when it simply does not and has never existed here. The store is also not closing, it's running a "sale" because their hidden policies say that they won't accept returns or refund on sale items, but every item is "on sale". This makes it impossible to return their products when it's discovered that they are knock-offs from China that barely even resemble the products advertised. My mother unfortunately fell victim to this and bought several knitted icelandic-style sweaters and a pair of fleece lined boots. What arrived were grossly plastic-y polyester sweaters printed with a pattern to resemble the original product and boots put together with such low quality material I'm sure they'll fall apart on the first wear. These were not the products "crafted with premium quality materials" advertised on the website. The product photos are good enough to mislead even someone more discerning (unlike some products on ********** for example). The website basically refuses to refund any more than 30% of the total she paid and she would have to return the products at her own expense, thus being out even more money, and so we will likely need to get her bank involved to reverse the credit card charges and recoup what she lost. During the checkout process, the store tempts buyers with further discounts by purchasing additional items/color variations, which could lead to losing even larger sums of money as people could be tempted to buy more and more items.

The add said get a yeti cooler for $9.49 pay shipping only. So i paid and right away it charged my card for 38.11 and the 9.49. I called customer service and was hung up on the 1st time. Then the second call I was told I could only be refunded 35% of what I was charged back because I agree to a subscription. I told them they will give me 100% of my money back or I'm contacting Better Business Bureau and I will dispute it through my credit card company. They said oh please don't make a report we will refund you 100% of your money that was today the 30th of september. So I am still going to dispute it through my credit card company just in case they do not refund me. This company is definitely Shady and it's running scams to sell people's money.

- Madison, AL, USA

Clicked on ad to buy and product never delivered. No response when I tried to get refund.

- Roanoke, VA, USA

Scammer used AI generated pics and text on Twitter to advertise stylish clothing. The items were cheap low quality knockoffs and drop shipped from China. The company name was fictional. The company was actually Actio Pte Ltd.

- Lexington, VA, USA

This website is a copy of the actual JOANN's website, which is https://www.joann.com. It is very similar in appearance, and the main difference is that the prices are marked down very heavily on this counterfeit website. It is believable because it is known that JOANN's is going out of business and is indeed conducting markdown sales, though not to this extent.

This website pretends to sell clothes to plus size women. No one ever receives the products they order nor are they issued a refund. This business is a scam.

- Rustburg, VA, USA

I’ve sent numerous emails, with no response! If their social media page pops up, and you comment on it, it’s quickly removed! They had awesome reviews, which they themselves probably made!

- Jacksonville, FL, USA

I bought two items and the quality is very poor. I tried to return them and they would not send a return label.

- Collins, GA, USA

I ordered 2 snuggie hoodies over a month ago still has not shipped nor received emailed them and they refuse a refund

- Saint Augustine, FL, USA

They show name brand items that are on sale - such a good deal in fact that you think why not two? Then they never deliver. When I emailed and demanded my money back they actually replied quickly and wanted to make things right. Through the course of back and forth emails they produce a 'screen-shot' portion of a tracking system saying the package has already been delivered. They offered to give back 50% and now 60% - I'm not messing with them any more. Just RE-learned a valuable lesson.

- Suring, WI, USA

Website came up in a search for a florist in MS. Put in the online order, received an email two days later that they were trying to contact the flower shop and did we mind if they swapped out the arrangement. So it's not local, so we submitted an online order to cancel the order. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. The credit card charge is showing pending.

- Richmond Hill, GA, USA

I placed an order online twice and then realize my product never showed up. I attempt to call the customer service number, it’s out of service. Then I turn to the BBS to file this complaint after doing so, I started reading reviews. This makes sense. This is a scam be aware!!!

- Saint Augustine, FL, USA

I placed an order on 10/20/23 and paid extra shipping and insurance they said the items would be delivered by Dec. 24th. I have emailed 7 plus times and opened a case on paypal about this company. There is no contact number with this company. They will not refund the money due to the items have been shipped. No information

Bri00liantu Technology Co.Ltd

- Irvine, CA, USA

My son wanted Nike Reverse Grinch shoes for Christmas. I found them on this site and it said nothing about a replica. My son received them and they are a counterfeit/replica/poor one. When I investigated return process it states their shoes are replicas but it no where stated that in the description or anywhere on teh site. The policy states that it can be returned in 7 days if they have not met expectations. I reached out multiple times, multiples ways and their response was after the 7 days and that it couldn't be returned. I hope you can warn others about this site!

- Jacksonville, FL, USA

Very real-looking ad looking like Macy's ad. Everything looked normal until I did not receive a confirmation email. But payment was pending to my credit card immediately. payment there was to OFTAT. I have received a shipping notification via email. They said it is being shipped by Fedex, but the tracking number says Sprinter. The number is not recognized by either company. I do not expect to receive anything.
