I ordered from this person on esty purchasing two Elvis Presley women's pajama sets. The tact that she used was gave me a fake tracking number that was for an Amazon package and not for me

- Warminster, PA, USA

This online store is selling counterfeit items pretending that they are legitimate. when you request to return - they just ignore you.

- Salinas, CA, USA

received an unauthorized charge on Order Number: 11755 for the exclusive membership offer program for $39.95.

The exclusive membership offer program for $39.95 was not wanted or agreed to when I purchased 1 LED GO Charger at $4.95 on Order Invoice 11754 through a Facebook ad from GO LED Charger. I received invoice 11754 for the product but it was under a different company name and it went to my junk folder,

A separate invoice was also sent from that same company, that also went to my junk folder, but was made to look like a marketing advertisement with the charge and details listed way down at the very bottom of the email.

I ordered product from this company. Once I received it and realized it didn't work, I tried to return it. There was no phone number to call. I had to submit my request to return on their website but never received a response. I also wrote a review and it was taken off the site! This company is a scam and should be put out of business!

- Dana Point, CA, USA

I had ordered a dress that I did receive but did not fit so I e-mailed the support e-mail address to ask how I go about returning for a refund

which is what it said to do on the website.I have made several e-mails to them and its been over a week with no response. There is no

phone number or actual address for this company.

- Temecula, CA, USA

This popped up on facebook as a black friday sale with HomeGoods. I purchased merchandise with my credit card. They do not respond to their email. Most likely a scam.

- Saint George, UT, USA

I was shopping for a birthday gift for my daughter. This site had the best price. I was duped.

I got a receipt but nothing more. Haven’t been able to track down any information. The contact info on my “receipt” all leads to dead ends.

- Omaha, NE, USA

I showed a picture that doesnt match the item sent.

The item sent was very cheap and arrived broken.

I contacted them about a refund. They refused and said that they would send another which I didnt want.

They never refunded the money or sent a replacement

- Blacksburg, VA, USA

The primary issue with this website is that they only sell the cheapest product, but have very high-end products in their website. One of my friend got their cheapest product for $40, and it actually looked cheap. So now when I thought I don't like the cheap wallet and wanted to get a premium one with $70, they still sent me the cheap wallet. At first I thought it was a mistake and tried to get in touch with them. But then I found out that they don't have any way to get in touch with them. They just have a website, no email, no address. In the website there is a 'contact us' form, which when filled they are supposed to contact us - but I never heard back from them. After trying for a few days, I contacted American Express (my credit card company) and they refunded back the money after some proof submission etc. But I never heard back from this website. I just got to know about this way of reporting a scam, so thought I should report this scam that on the surface looks legitimate, but always tries to upsell its customers while delivering the same cheap products.

- Atlanta, GA, USA

I ordered 42 dollars and clothes dresses shoes and purses and never see nothing and they keep sending me emails about they having difficulties and they'll send me a refund to turn around and send me a $2. That is a complete insult and disrespectful you add me for a 70% refund then turn right at me for a 4% refund and I asked for my 100% back to only get 2 refund , unacceptable

i signed up for a training class to learn how to sell products on Amazon. I have been following this specific mentor for a few months a felt I trusted her teaching and wanted to learn more. Before payment we had a 1 on 1 zoom interview where we went thru everything fully. I asked all necessary questions along with refunds. I was advice if I was not happy with services within a certain time frame, I could get my money back. The reason I wanted to cancel is because of false advertisement. Tamara Tee FBA Winners mentions that you only need a couple hundred dollars to start selling on Amazon. They mentioned nothing about all the hide fees within the training along with a higher amount to start than she stated. In the training Tamara states that you need to order a quantity of 500-`1000 for whatever product you choose to sell. She states this because she says is you follow the training you will be selling fast, and you do not want to run out of inventory. She also states that you should find a product no more than $3 to start selling to meet profit margins. I found a product for .01 cent, and stay was paying over $1,000. Se mention nothing about paying for Helium 10 which is $100-$400 per month, constant campaigns you have to run to sell, buying barcodes, paying freight porters to ship, paying a company in China to inspect your shipment before it leaves China and paying for trademarks and other fee's. None of these fee's where mentioned and I had no Idea about any of them until I paid my money and started training. Then I asked for a contract because they said they do not issue refunds and they stopped responding after that. They did mention I did not have to pay the remaining $4,000 due to my situation. So, you mean to tell me a company is just going to give away $4,000? They said I watched more than 30%v of the video which is false because you have to skip thru some videos due to not meeting or having certain criteria at the moment; plus, the 1st several videos were completely off topic from the course. I came to learn about selling on amazon, no to be reminded to eat every day, take a break, get some rest, remind myself why I am doing it and so on. It was so many bs videos in that course. No way. they scammed me, didn't respond until I said I wanted a refund and cannot provide me proof of this agreement. I filed a dispute thru PayPal since the initiated the transaction, but they have yet come to a resolution. please help. Now my bank is involved and now you all because this is taking forever

I bought jeans at an incredible price. 3 pairs. Purchased Dec 1 2022. Never received. Company not helping track my purchase. Replying with same "form letter" Can not get their phone number.

- Chicago, IL, USA

They advertised on TikTok. I purchased a dress through their website and never received it. They have the comments turned off on their social media page.

I bought 3 sweatshirts and tried go contact the owner 3 times now and no response and her website is closed.

This company used stolen photos and fake reviews. I looked all over their website and everything looked legit and had great reviews. I purchased some jewelry from them and received an item that looked NOTHING like what they were selling. It was so cheap and poorly made. I went back on the site and found hundreds of reviews from people who purchased at the same time as me with the same experience. I emailed them eight times with no response. I’ve continued to check their website, and the bad reviews just keep coming. I’ve tried contacting them through social media, again with no response.
