I ordered 3 blankets on September 3rd. It said they shipped on September 4th. I still haven't received them, tracking info hasn't updated since, and there's no phone number to call customer support. I have left several messages through their website as that is the only point of contact and every time I get an automated email back promising me that my package is still arriving and giving me a new delivery date each time, all of those dates have passed. I came across a Facebook post of the blankets and there were multiple comments from people saying the same thing happened to them! Paid for merchandise and never received anything months and months later. No refund.
