Beware of this website!
They displayed a brush cutter for Black Friday. When the package was received to my surprise it was a blade for $69.99. I asked for a return address and these thieves are telling me they don’t return and refund. This is definitely a scam. Stay away from this site!

Trendy Households is a CHINA based company with NO USA operation. They Do Not communicate, they do not ship on time. I received a shipping confirmation on 12/8 of package information sent to carrier on 12/2. BUT there is no package update, not received. NADA They are horrible DO NOT waste your time and money. They have an address is CA, but no information at that location. For all I know they purchased it through Amazon and are waiting for Amazon to delivery it to them to ship to me. NEXT stop CC company. I am totally upset with this [censored]ing company. I bought a Hearing Aid Sound Voice Amplifier 1 Pair Included × 1 $94.95. This item arrived defective. I tried to return it, the shipping to china (because this is the only place for refunds) the cost is $60. Plus the discount you for shipping and xtra for restocking. The return is pennies. I contacted them, they apologize, asking for pictures, videos; going in circles, they offered my 25% in store credit. On top of bunch of problems, to deliver to my address took 3 weeks, what a mission. This company is a total scam. DONT BUY ANYTHINGFROM THIS [censored]ING COMPANY. I AM BOILING IN ANGER.

I bought a Gimbal Stabilizer worth $50+ from Trendy Household. It was a different color than the picture that I ordered from and it had no manual or any kind of instructions. I asked for a manual and all they offered was 20% off my NEXT purchase. LOL. Why would I purchase from them again. I asked for a full refund but they are still giving me the run around. Instead I will post a negative review on social media. I don't recommend this company at all! Total scam.

This online store is a total farse. If there is anything that you get out of this report. Everyone that has had an issue and complaint about this online retailer is telling you the truth. There products are fake, cheaply made and manufactured from China and come with no instructions. They're cheaply packed and very disappointing. Their return policy is absurd. The reason I say this is because since it's coming from overseas. Your product will take about a month to receive. They give you 60 days to returns their product from the date of purchase. That means if you're gifting to someone, you have but a couple of days to decide if you want to return their product. If they don't receive your product during that 60 day time frame. Then you're out of luck. Good luck also on getting a timely response on how and where to mail it. As they purposely take their time to get back to you so your time limit runs out. Please don't make the same mistake a lot of us have done. This place is not worth losing your money and time on. Their products are absolutely horrible. Also, forget about PayPal trying to assist as they don't really care either. They just repeat what their online retailer client tells them. They do not make any effort to help recover your funds.

Last December, I was planning to get RC tanks for my son as his Christmas gift. I find some RC tanks in Trendy Household "https://trendyhousehold.com", and purchased two of them. On January, I got the products and found out that they are totally different with what they described on their website. They are not even RC tanks. As apparently it is a scam, I submitted this case to PayPal. After a few days, I got feedback from PayPal, and I was told that I have to return the products to an address in Ireland IE to get a refund (the shipping cost is on me). I went to post Canada to return the items. First of all, the shipping cost to Ireland is extremely expensive (about 100 dollars). Secondly, the staff in the post office cannot find the address in their system. In other words, the address provided by PayPal and the seller is a fake one which cannot be delivered. I doubt if I can get my money back, but I can share this experience to let people know about this scam website "Trendy Household" (PayPal account: AishproductsLLC). Never buy product from Trendy household.

I ordered what the website advertised as an authentic Grill Rescue brush. What I received was a fake product from China. Then, when I tried to return the product, they wanted me to ship it to Ireland, even though their website says to ship returns to California. It does not look like the payment company I used is going to refund me, so not only am I out $29.95 for the item, but also $14.50 for shipping to some address in Ireland.
