I was order 2 months ago and I still waiting for receive, I ask for details and is give to me phone number from Parcel force who didn't recognise this order and no find tricking number... Stop order from Trendingor. Com
When we tried to phone the company, the number they left on their website was out of service. The email did work and I was connected with a "Frank Young" who was completely unhelpful, offering me an $18 refund on an almost $100 merchandise price, along with a future 20% discount. When I told him this was an unacceptable solution for us, he said I could return the shoes at my own cost and **IF** everything was in order and acceptable to them, they would refund me.
Since this is Trendginor's error and not ours, they have not proven to be trustworthy and I will not spend another dime to return anything. I have submitted it to my credit card company for a dispute claim, which will take several months to sort out.
Hopefully they are exposed for the scammers they are. I see on this and other review sites, that I am far from being alone in this experience.
