Topship won't authorize a return without personal photos and videos

I ordered something from this company, Topship (topship.io), based on the Facebook reviews. When the item arrived, it did not fit me, so I sent an email immediately to [email protected] to get a return authorization. They told me to send them photos of me and videos to prove to them the problem. I will NOT send anyone photos of me or videos of me to prove anything. They are not responding to me to authorize a return which the FaceBook ad said it would accept returns. I am very mad at myself for getting hoodwinked on a Facebook ad and losing $8297. Please let me know if you can help me. The Facebook ad is no longer there and the payment is no longer showing on my PayPal account so I cannot get a refund through them. The payment says: You paid using: Mastercard x-8740 .... I do not have a Mastercard ending in that number and it is on a Paypal email from the so-called company.
