1. I fully paid and purchased a ticket from Los Angeles to San Jose ticket, and I fully Paid for it at https://www.topflightfares.com.

2. I recieved the following email "Hi,

Kindly call me on 1888-951-7773 Between 1030hrs to 1930hrs (CST) and ask for Shelly (EXT-1012 ) regarding your Incomplete booking for below mentioned details - xxxxx"

3. When I called, they told me I was on standby and needed to buy a change flights, and they were asking $240.00 - close to $300.00

4. Lady was very rude and new it was a scam
