After 3 days I never received a tracking number so I responded to their email support address. I never received an answer. I checked my spam folder and nothing was there. I then went to their website and went to the option "Contact Us". I noticed that there was no phone number. The only way to attempt to contact them is via their website. I then left multiple messages and never a reply. They stole $199.00 from me. I then reported them to reportfraud.ftc.gov
