Type of a scam Online Purchase

Disputing charge now.

I ordered a child car seat. I got a confirmation email but it hasn't shipped. I called the number on the email invoice and a 2nd number I found online. They're supposedly based in Montana. The credit card company gave me a 3rd phone number when filing the dispute. It's an Oregon phone number, that went straight to voicemail. I received a text back right after I hung up, the person wouldn't even call me. Scam company!

This place is a scam. DON'T purchase from them. They'll send you a cheaper version of what you think you purchased, it will take many weeks to ship from China, and their customer service isn't responsive & won't help with order issues. BUYER BEWARE.

Company claims to be US based but tracking came from China. Tried to return items but are refusing to accept and will only offer 15% refund because I don’t have the original envelope items were mailed in regardless that’s I tried to cancel and return items before they arrived. They wanted pictures of the items so when I took them out of the envelope they then said they could no longer accept the return.

Product Not As Stated - Cheap Piece of Crap

I ordered the Light Drawing Board for $39.99 as they made it look so good and nice on TV & in their ads. When I got it, it was not was it looked like on TV and is so flimsy, it is a piece of Crap. They said that it could only be returned within 48 hours. Well, it was a Gift! They won't refund my money and I am demanding my money back as they falsely advertised it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a Big SCAM!

I ordered from this company and tried to cancel. The phone number they give does not work. Now I have to wait until my bank investigate this company to get my money back. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from scam companies. It's disgusting that someone could take something involving a child. The Bible says, THOU SHALT NOT STEAL. You will be caught.

They didn't send me a tracking number at first and then when they did it just kept saying it UPS was "looking for the package".

It has been months and no package. This is a scam site and they run a few other scams that include products like the "hover ball".

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Order a product online paying with bank account and never received it. I tried to contact them and they said it was shipped but the tracking number never worked. I thought I was on Kohls.com and it wasn't it took me to their website. It was $39.99 but no tax on it. They also have a Facebook site.
