I was contacted by Amanda with an approval for $5000 loan 1/12. I was sent paperwork on 1/13 and then advised to secure loan, would need to put collateral. My loan documents were reviewed and approved by her supervisor. To finalize loan, The collateral was $600 to be sent to a Chris Wexford in Canada (lender) via MoneyGram. Once the collateral was secured, my loan would be processed within 24 hours of 1/13 and I would be receiving the funds by noon 1/14. This was all in writing. I called and emailed several times on 1/14 when I did not see funds in my account. Amanda took more than 3 hours to provide a response and called to advise my loan had not processed and would require an additional $600. She refused to send my refund and advised that if I chose not to move forward with loan that I would have to wait to get my money back. First saying the contract had timeline of refund (it didn’t) then saying her company has the option to reassess loans. This is a scam!

Your not the only one, happened to me too. I sent collateral then they says the lender was asking for more collateral before the loan could be processed, I said no and asked for a refund. Was told it would be sent back in a month, yeah never happened. Also the "lender" in Canada, I called about a month ago and the person on the other line had no idea who I was loowing for. I should a known it was to good to be true..
