They were going to deliver sealed documents, requiring my identification. They threatened court action. They wanted me to make a payment over the phone. They had all my info. Name. Drivers license number. Social Security number. Address.

They called twice and said they’d be in town to serve me papers

The second time they asked for money

I said I would file a police report and contact the FTC and the person hung up
