I ordered a "hardcover" book on Feb 15th and paid with my credit card. When the receipt for the purchase displayed, it included a link to a download. This is NOT what I ordered, as I selected "Hardcover" as the book format. I immediately emailed the address listed on the Contact Us page and received a reply that requested the ordering information along with the statement "Once we receive your request, we will process a full refund within 24 hours." I submitted the information, then almost immediately received a second email that stated "there must be some confusion regarding your purchase" and "you ordered an eBook" (which i CLEARLY did not), and "we are unable to offer returns or refunds, as all sales are final." This is a bait and switch scam. I googled the website and found numerous reviews on Trustpilot describing the same issues I experienced with ordering a Hardcopy and receiving a digital download link. If you want a hardcopy book, please do not order from thetopbook.com website.
