I ordered a set of 2 chairs and a table through the TikTok site. I assumed since it was being advertised and showed up through TikTok, it was verified through them. I was obviously wrong. Everything seemed fine - they sent me an acknowledgement of the sale and "updates" on where the order stood until I questioned the 'unable to deliver' statements indicating there was a problem accessing the building. When I responded that I was in a single-family home and there was no restriction, the 'support' tech got very defensive and told me I could wait or request a refund. I requested a refund. I have been unable to contact them since. The email address they provided for support was "[email protected]". That address is no longer active, as I received a failure notice from [email protected]. I have attached their "tracking notice" that they continued to 'update.'

Purchased through TikTok WELL over a month ago. Have gotten runaround since. Over 35 emails. Constantly using chat services when I get a supposed delivery attempt message. My building has camera and a mail room. No delivery attempts have ever been made. Can never get an actual human being. AI generated emails. Hit my account for the original $39.99 then 3 days later hit for another $69.99. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!

Provided me tracking info, made it sound like it was coming to me and then I just got an email saying that they tried to deliver it. But my camera never picked anything up, and no one called me. So definitely a scam, don't use these people.

An ad popped up on TikTok to purchase a movable display unit. I never received the product and they kept saying on the tracking it couldn’t be delivered, then it said delivered, which it never was. Lost $37.98 to this company. Terrible.

I saw an ad on tic tock shop for a set of cook wear it took me to a separate shop and I ordered it on april 30th it was a bunch of emails stating they was having issues delivering my items and me going back and forth with customer support. Finally on June 14th I got a message saying my item was delivered. I looked all over my apartment complex and no packages for me was delivered. I have contacted them twice and no one is responding. I want to report this company as a scam. My bank disputed the charge so I have been refunded but I am upset at them false advertising online a

I saw this incredible deal on an outdoor swing & mattress set. After I arranged payment I received a confirmation with tracking info. After waiting a month and a half, lie after lie, delays, and finally a flat out lie that it was delivered I got fed up. I have attached the emails.

Purchased a two seat sofa and waited for two weeks and no merchandise. Tracking website keeps saying in transit so many attempts to deliver. Tried taking additional money from me and my bank flagged for fraud for 35.97. Had to cancel my card.

I placed my order on 04/30/2026 & reached out the customer support for information as to why my order was still in processing even though funds were taken out of my account. I also researched information on the "company" & saw that it has been reported multiple times of being a scam. I also have other pictures to support my claim

I paid for a boneless couch advertised on TikTok for $9 on March 3rd, 2026. I paid $16 total with taxes and fees to TheSupportCare.com. I have emailed several times asking about my purchase. They emailed back on the first email sending me a link with a tracker for my product and a link for the confirmation of purchase. The confirmation of purchase link does not work, the website to the company is not avaliable and the tracking information is not up to date. I have emailed several times asking for someone to communicate with me as to the whereabouts pf my item and have yet to recieve a response. This is a total scam!!!!!!
