Reached out to Thermador for a service call on Oven. This company is using a fake Thermador website, scheduled service, performed a fake diagnostic, made up an invoice, and requested a $1500 deposit through Zelle for the parts. After the technician left, I contacted Thermador to be told that they had nothing scheduled. I called back the phone number from the confirmation email, said I did not want the work, and for the deposit to be refunded. I was told it would be refunded in 7-14 days. I have failed to get a refund. I called and emailed numerous times and no one returned my call. After researching this company I found the owner to have been charged with Fraud and infringement in California and the state of TX. I found the personal phone number of the owner and called. Henry was not able to refund the money and he was more worried about his discovery. I will be filing a small claim against this company.
