I ordered Bird Pumpkin Seeds from thepetbrand (their website is https;//thepetbrand.com) on 4/17/24, gave them my credit card info and was given order #1000670 but nothing about shipping info. I tried calling their phone # but it doesn't go thru. I sent messages two days in a row on line and did not receive a message. There are stores in Brooklyn so I called one of them and she had another person call me from (800)836-7328. I was told there is no such order # and that they don't sell Bird Food. I explained that I was looking at their Web site while I was talking to them and everything I was saying was right there, including order bird food and that if it is not correct, the web site should be removed so people like me don't get scammed too. I also tried emailing [email protected]. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card. The company is based in Manhattan, NY 10019, USA.
