I seen an add on the TikTok shop and ordered from them. They gave me an order confirmation and tracking number. I kept an eye on the delivery, was told it made it through customs after a while. Then was told that a delivery carrier had picked up my package and was on its way to me. Then it was one delay after another. To then being told it was delivered to my house when I was waiting there all day and didn't see a delivery all day. When it wasn't delivered was told that the delivery carrier had to investigate and it would be 60 days to find out anything. I placed my order on 7/11/2026, it is now 10/31/2026 and still no delivery or information from anyone. I have saved every email and information I have on them, hoping they get what's coming to them!!
