We ordered 2 of The Rain shower heads. It took several weeks to even get a response. Over a dozen emails then we finally got a response and tracking number for the shower heads. We received 1/2 of the order. We did not get the arm parts that connect the shower heads to the water source and the other shower heads. We cannot use them without those pieces. I have sent around 10 more emails then finally got a response that they were sorry and would send those parts out with a tracking number. As you can guess nothing. I have sent about a dozen more emails requesting a refund and or the parts we just want to use these.
