DO NOT BUY TICKETS TO THEIR NOVEMBER CALIFORNIA FESTIVAL THIS YEAR. I bought tickets thinking a specific artist was going to be there WHICH IS A LIE, so I called blm to check permits and was told IT WILL BE AN ILLEGAL EVENT as they have no approval. They also refuse to refund me now so they stole my money. Search up the lights fest scam on Facebook, its owned by Colin larsen and David knight of Utah and Arizona.

This company is selling fake tickets using a artist that is not going to be at their events. I purchased tickets and then tried to verify they have a permit to hold their event on blm land and was told they have NOT been approved and haven't even applied so it's an illegal event. I asked for a refund and was denied. DO NOT BUY TICKETS TO THEIR CALIFORNIA FESTIVAL this month. SEARCH UP THE LIGHTS FEST SCAM OWNED BY COLIN LARSEN OF UTAH

These people stole hundreds of dollars from me and never put on the event they said they would. Search up the lights fest scam on facebook.

This is a SCAM. They charged for an event, cancelled it, and refused to refund anyone despite a policy of refunds if the vent did not happen. Will not respond to emails or phone calls.

I bought two tickets for the London fest two years ago. It was cancelled but I never got my money back. I have written to them multiple times and never got any reply.

I had purchased two tickets to the Northern California Event. Shortly after they announced a new event closer to me and on their website they said tickets are eligible to transfer to other locations and to just email them about it. I had emailed them multiple times and never received a response. I did some research online and many people report that they scam

people and never respond to people. On Facebook they posted the event I purchased tickets to was now moved to the weekend after. I never received any contact about the event being rescheduled. Their lack of communication and representation shows they are a unreliable company. I have demanded a refund from them on all social medias and email; still no response.

We each bought $35 tickets to this event so that my mom and I could send candles up to celebrate the life of my departed father, *** *** *** ***. This scam website takes full advantage of grieving families wanting to commemorate the life of a beloved family member by luring them in with this breathtaking video, taking their money, and leaving them angry and embarrassed. According to the events calendar and reviews, they are doing this in an ever-widening circle. Vultures who scam grieving families deserve to go to jail for a long time. We want our money back from these thieves. https://thelightsfest.com/ https://youtu.be/qBdB-g0XAoY

You buy your tickets, get ready for an emotional weekend, pack your bags and snacks and drive two hours to mingle with other like minded people grieving the loss of a loved one, and arrive at the venue: an empty field. No one there. Event cancelled. Despite repeated attempts to get a refund, you are told to take your tickets and drive even farther to a later event.

"Giving Back: We are committed to creating a light-filled world. We strive to work with local non-profits in every city we go to as well as national charities that are passionate about the same things we are. The Lights FestTM loves giving back."

...Unless it's your refund on a canceled bogus event. All they give back is grief.

The Lights Fest sells tickets to a paper lantern light show and then cancels last minute without refunding tickets. This happens consistently as they target different cities. I bought tickets to the Kansas City show and it was canceled without warning. They claim to be returning to the area within 3 months and accept old tickets, but they have not done this.
