I ordered a custom handprinted tray from The Enchanted Home (theenchantedhome.com) on 12/2/22. I received a confirmation email and was told it would not be delivered on time for Christmas but would arrive shortly after. My credit card was charged on 12/2 for the total amount of $215. It was promoted on their website that the tray was on sale for $155 but I noticed I was charged the reg price of $215. 12/10 email rec'vd that plate was in production.I sent an email to [email protected] on 1/3/23, no response so I called and spoke with a rep on 1/6 who said they would credit the $60 to my card and platter arriving soon. On 1/28/23 I sent another email as I had not received my platter. No response to my email. Called on 2/21, spoke w/rep, Jessica Hernandez. She sent me an email saying she spoke w/her supervisor and that the platter would arrive later that week or early to mid next week. I have not received the platter as of this date. When I try to go on their website today you are unable to. But still receiving promo emails for their shop and can get on to shop the site.
