I have gotten the exact same voicemail from "Nicole Bennett" at least once a day every single day since before the new year. I filled this out with one phone number and location, but I've blocked and reported as spam every single one, and it continues to come from a new Caller ID from many different cities and states, every single day.

It is utterly enraging to claim I applied for funding that I didn't. And it just keeps on coming no matter how many times I block and report. I have never answered or responded to any of these calls.

Calls about 4 times a day trying to get my personal number. I block but they use a different number to call every time but use the same call back number.

I get a call all from different various numbers from different various area codes and states all saying that this is Sally Foster or some other person from TD lending about my loan and to call back and hit nine to opt out and every time I hit nine and opt out they say I’ve been removed from their calling list but they continue to call with different phone numbers. I’ve blocked every phone number that’s called me and they just keep changing the phone number and call with a different number

For the past several months, I have received multiple calls per day from a representative identified as “Sally Foster,” each from a different phone number. When I answer, I select option 9 to be removed from your call list, yet the calls continue from new numbers. This behavior is unacceptable.

This company continues to bombard my phone daily, an if not even 2-3 times daily, calling from new numbers everytime one is blocked and out of state and local numbers. No matter how many times I block every number and report as spam for Sally Foster TD loan calls they do not stop and when continually hitting their “opt out” of 9 they never remove or stop calling. I have over 369 deleted/blocked voicemails from all the fake names from this TD lending and sally foster a few examples of the numbers used and voicemails attached.

The numbers call repeatedly at all hours of the day while changing their original calling number and state that they are trying to complete a loan processing (on a loan request that wasn't actually made) for (some amount ranging from $40,000 to $80,000) and they are needing to complete it and requesting a call back to some other number than the one they called from by the victim. Pressing 9 does not discontinue the calls, it just changes the name of the person calling.

I continue to get daily calls from someone claiming to be TD Lending but when I do answer they give me no information to be able to identify them. It’s a different number daily and when called but it does not go to TD Lending or any lender.

I get multiple calls from multiple phone numbers every day all day that go to my voicemail and constantly leave the same message, talking about closing a loan that I never applied for

I do not know if this is a scam, given that I won't talk to them. That said, they call twice a day and leave a message from "Sally Foster with TD Lending Union underwriting. I've tried to connect prior to the new year, wasn't able. Your file shows you're nearly approved for $59,000. To finalize, call 866-959-0957. " There are other versions of the same recording. I have not applied for a loan with them, but applied for a loan earlier in the summer and it's clear that my information was shared to multiple possible loan businesses or predators (not sure which). At the very least, it's a significant nuisance/harassment.

They have been calling from multiple numbers from multiple states in the United States claiming that I have been nearly approved for a loan for $59,000 and this is the underwriting department and we've been trying to get in touch with you before the end of the year but have been unable to reach you please give us a call back
