Ordered in Feb n still haven't received

When I msg the support email it comes back as the domain doesn't exist now

I ordered back in February as it shows. A pretty large order and I still haven't received it I have reached out a few times but no response n now the support website doesn't exist.

I have 9 kids and was just recently rapped by a Maintenance guy from the complex I live in...he broke in in the middle of the night n did that to me infront of my kids...I've had a hell of a go this year n was looking forward to a new wardrobe to feel better n help get past this traumatizing experience...but this hold up just makes it worse as now I'm out of $ BC I feel scammed. They were supposed to be the viral tiktok pant site ...it still holds as legit but their support...is ridiculous n apauling none the less. Thanks

I ordered a product from this website but never received it. All of the messages from their “customer service” is the same pre-typed message which claims “I will really like the product” which has nothing to do with a customer service claim. I couldn’t get anyone to help me so I contacted Chase Bank for a charge back to them since that was the only way to get my money back. That finally got a response from them strongly insinuating I need to cancel the charge back. I did not because I knew they were scamming me and let them know i’m happy to cancel it IF I ever receive the product I ordered from them. That was over 3 months ago. They need to be shut down
