Accessed my computer thru a popup ransomeware "you cant access your machine, and dont shut down or you will lose data. Call this number 855 260 4888 x 315. " it was a woman calling herself Sarah Williams. She had a foreign accent.

I called the number, I told her I had the popup problem. She said she needed more info to help me. She asked for my name, tel number.

After she txted me following:

Ray this is Sarah calling you from your computer support I just help you out. So please call us back. I gave you the number that ends at 4888. So call me back and ask for me let me give you the documents okay the work is completed. Thank you.

She said there were 3 options. And charged my credit card for 5 years $499.99 though i agreed to 3 years for 350.
