They called stating legal proceedings are being taken on my social security number. If you call back from the number they contacted you on they will answer officer whatever from the ss office but when i called off a phone that masks ita number you get some answering the phone as if it is there personal cellphone. I have called and confronted them multiple times now and they will hangup and then use a different number to call me back the next day. If you ignore the call they will continue to call you off of the same number.

They had to cancel my social Security card because someone had hacked into my account. Caller said they cancelled my card. I was to call them back and straighten it out at 240-830-0943. My caller ID showed Capital Hts. MD Same phone number was in my caller ID. I did not call them back. I know it is a scam. I wanted to report it so nobody else will get scammed.
