I ordered the mini chainsaw. I got the chain but nothing else. I emailed them that I hadn't received the chainsaw. They said the oversold and it is out of stock. They wanted me to wait months for it. I emailed again and asked for a refund, but now their support email no longer can receive mail. SCAM

Purchased several items for over $100. Money came out immediately with a confirmation email. Then nothing from them, a month later I finally was able to get a hold of someone and he sent me a tracking number showing it was at the USPS since Dec 5th, they have nothing on their end. Finally they said they would refund my money. Still nothing as far as a refund a week later and all emails bounce back.

Ordered product from a Facebook ad. Item showed as transaction approved shipping initiated quickly it had activity and motion for a few days that all of a sudden it just stopped moving and It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone for which they really didn't care whether or not my item came or not they offered me a 20% discount.

Ordered an item from Smart Saker on December 8th, 2020 thru Facebook, paid with my PayPal account, money was taken from my account immediately. I was given no tracking information, no contact phone number and have received nothing from them for updates on my order. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and have had no response from them. Buyers beware.

I ordered a smart saker measuring tool in August of 2020...the company took the money from my card on August 14th 2020...i never received the products I purchased, it was 3 items and the total was about 69.00. I emailed them and they sent me a email back saying they did not have an order for me and if I could reply to the email they sent with proof of purchase. I replied back and gave them my order number *********...they have not returned my email as of yet and I've since, sent them 3 different emails through their website and I have not received a response.
