Not sure if people can get their money back, but it looks like the filing is in Delaware, so maybe check how that works there.

Weird scam

I bought 3 units last year, one of which I gave away. One worked, one didn't and I did receive a replacement. The sprayer for the replacement broke and I was promised another replacement in November 2021 by Ashley Costilla. Subsequent contact attempts by phone, email or online have failed. Maybe they made enough money and gave up because it was too hard to provide service. It's very strange because it worked the majority of the time and they did provide replacements initially.

I was completely fooled that this company was legit and I waited patiently for the product to be shipped because of the Corona Virus I gave them a pass. Shame on these scam artists, I am sure that they are long gone since day one, they never had the intention of being a legit company. I really had high hopes for this product because of so many reports about it being good but then to find out that these reports were false. Months later after I already paid. My bank won't return my money and it has been over 12 months so VISA won't insure the money or pay back the money after a year. I am going to file a police report Here in my county and in the county, the company it resides just in case they catch the criminals in the future and have the funds on hold to distribute at a later time.

I emailed them many times but no response, the chat is answered by a bot and no response. This is a scam, i lost my money

SCAM - Unresponsive

Devices are faulty, but when they work they are good. Unfortunately, as someone else reported, they don't work without their pods, which they no longer sell (nor does anyone else). So we bought four obsolete and very expensive devices for nothing. Their customer service has gone MIA for months (email, online chat, phone). Horrible experience and shame on them.

Shine Bathroom device does not work without pods. No way to order pods.

The Shine Bathroom may be a good product. But it must have pods to work. Their website no longer sells pods. The only way to contact them is via online chat. But after sending several messages via online chat over a period of 3 weeks, have had no response. Am now out of pods and have a completely useless device. Its a shame because it appeared to be working.

Shipping date kept getting pushed back but then stopped updating. Now we are 4 months past our shipping date. Tried to submit a chat request during business hours but it always says we are outside their business hours, even though I contact within the posted business hours. Submitted a support request via email, but it was never responded to. Tried to call the number, but it says they aren't accepting phone calls. Last resort was a Facebook messenger message to the business page, but no response.

The phone app (required to properly work) does not connect. After multiple attempts to get support, I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Shine Bathroom took my money but didn't deliver

On Nov 7 I saw an ad on Facebook for Shine Bathroom Cleaner. They called it a pre-order. I paid my money and made the purchase. They immediately charged my credit card and gave me a link to track the progress of my order, from production to shipping. It was scheduled to ship in December. I checked the link often but the time line kept getting pushed back.

Finally on January 3rd I decided to cancel the order and wait until their production had caught up to their demand. And then I would re-purchase their product. But their chat support rep Humberto Briseno offered to ship my order right away. So I agreed to not ask for a credit and in return they would contact me within 2-3 business days with my shipment information. I waited 6 days and did not hear back from Shine. This morning I went on their website and via chat bot have asked for a full refund. I tried to call their phone number but it says they do not answer the phone during this holiday season and I should use their live chat option. It is January 8...I no longer consider this the "holiday season." At this time they have had my money for over 8 weeks, with no sign of ever shipping a product.

This company is a scam. They charged my credit card 2 1/2 months ago. They keep promising to ship my order. But they have shipped nothing. Originally they said my November order would ship in December and I could track it on their website. But the website kept pushing back the production and shipping dates. The first time I contacted them was this month to ask for a refund on a non-shipped order. They offered to bump my order to the top of the list. They would send my tracking info within 2-3 days. But 6 days have elapsed with no communication from them. This morning I tried contacting them again, but they are offline. I can only guess that this company is a scam. Please don't anyone else lose your money to them.

I purchased a Shine Bathroom Assistant from this company and tried it. It did not perform to my satisfaction and have made several attempts to obtain a shipping label from the company to return it.

Their policy states:

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Shine is a risk-free brand and we believe in our quality. You can get a full refund within 90 days of delivery for any reasons. You just need to submit the refund request and we will give you a free shipping label. Once it's shipped, we will issue a refund.

I have made several attempts via email to obtain a shipping label to return the product for a refund. I have called their customer service number and have requested a shipping label to return their product for a refund.

Every time they have replied by offering me a video call to troubleshoot the issue or requests for more specifics as to why I want to return it. I have yet to receive a shipping label to return their product for a refund.

I relied on their 90 money back guarantee when I bought the product to try it.

I would like them to follow through on their policy and provide me with a shipping label so that I can return it for a refund.
