I set up a account on Securustel website for inmate jail calls for m,y love one to call me, and the special connect number provided waS 1-806-203-3020 TO MY CELL ph# ***. the love tried to call, the number rings to verizon wireless and the funds are pending on my bank account as if the transaction is ok. i called my bank, the transaction is pending and also my love one still can't get through to me. they also sent a email from [email protected] and i responded and they have not responded back. i also sent a contact with concerns with no response. the transaction was on 02/08/16 around 1:40pm. i want a refund and i am going to file a dispute with my bank soon as the pending tranaction clears. please contact this company the address is securustel 7999 n federal highway ste 400 boca raton, fl 33487 also known as Globaltel corporate headquarters 7999 n federal highway ste 400 boca raton fl 33487, they don't provide a phone number on their website either. please help
