I received a call but did not answer it. I do have a Walmart card through Capital One and their customer service rep assured me there are no pending charges for this amount or item. The caller with an British accent left the following voice message (transcribed verbatim): "Special Special Edition and pulse 3-D headset is being ordered From your Walmart account For an amount of $919.45 To cancel your order or to connect with one of our customer support representative Please press one Special. They sold me a discounted SKYSHALO Gold Melting and Order No.M32024111651877170 with tracking number LZ104127602CN. The transaction was posted for "WarLoons" at a location in London. They used a E-Packet shipping from China. The package was not trackable. They would reply to me, that they couldn't find the item in the system. I tried getting a refund, but they couldn't refund me the money because the transaction was completed. They have to agree to give me refund or tell me where is my item.

I ordered some things and I have not heard from the seller since the initial order confirmation email. Never received a tracking number as of yet. Purchase was supposed to be shipped fed ex 2 day, and that was 2 weeks ago. I've emailed the company and no response. So now I turn to this website hoping something can be done.

I used my phone to look for bookshelves on facebook Marketplace then got taken to what I thought was Wayfair but it was not. I made a purchase but never got a confirmation of it via email etc. I called Wayfair and they did not take my payment, Poppopulclo took my payment.

I saw on Instagram ad for their final clearance sale on designer handbags. I didn't check the we address as there was a lock in the address and it looked like the actual Nordstrom rack site. I used PayPal for my purchase and noticed immediately that the transaction was off as the vendor name was "Purple Shirts LLC" and not Nordstrom Rack. I went back to the website and noticed the address was rackbags.spot which was a big oversight on my part. I immediately filed a claim as I did not receive a confirmation email and was not able to cancel with the vendor. I have not yet received any product from my order but I'm sure if I do the bag will be counterfeit. I am still awaiting a response from PayPal and the true impact as I'm not sure how much of my PII has been taken.

Was contacted by someone via phone but I did not answer. They left a voicemail with the message below. The message was repeated multiple times. I checked my account and nothing was ordered.

Wayfair advertisement on Facebook Market Place. Advertised bookcases on sale. I was interested. Clicked on it an ordered. Received and email confirmation for the order. No delivery date. But when I was ordering it said around October 25th. I hadn't received any delivery updates so I went to the Wayfair website and it said I didn't have any pending orders. I will be contacting my credit card company to report fraud.

The headline was under Walmart but when you start to order, it sends you to a different web site. I ordered 2 of the same products which was on sale. Went through the steps to place the order, it confirmed sent an order number. After all the steps I waited for the order and nothing. I have contacted them numerous times and then they sent a tracking number. I tried to locate it with no results. So, I contacted them again. I even told them that it is a shame for other countries to take advantage of Americans. No country should be able to do business online with consumers in the United States. I don't care if it is online or what. Consumers should be told on social media, Facebook, Google and whatever else is out there.

I ordered on 5/27/24 and it took several weeks to "deliver" (7/5/24) or so they claimed. I contacted them, as I never received anything and they stated they would correct the issue and resend the items. This was on 7/12/24. This (second) parcel was stated to have been delivered on 8/15/24 and definitely was not delivered. I have emailed them again this morning (only way to contact them). Their customer service (via email) seems to be on top of things, however, I have yet to receive a package that I ordered over 2 months ago and paid almost $90.00.
