A person reading from a prepared statement identified himself as "Patrick from Wal-Mart."He said that a "Mission Impulse 3-D Headset" had been ordered from my Wal-Mart account for $919.45, and that there had also been a Playstation 5 with Mission Impulse headset ordered for $919.45 as well. The message then said if I wished to cancel the order I was to call (628) 529-1587 and press one.

I saw an add on Pinterest and clicked on it. It took me to, what I thought was, Joann fabrics website. I had seen that the company was closing down, so I thought it was a legit site and didn't bother to check. I was purchasing yarn and didn't find any of the sales to be suspicious so I made a purchase of $65. Then I started looking at other items and saw that a cricut maker 3 bundle was on sale for under $50. That would normally cost almost $500. That is when i decided to look up the website and investigate a little better and realized I had gotten scammed. When checking my bank account I noticed that more money was taken out and the"receipt" that was emailed was in my spam folder. There is no customer service phone number or online chat to report a problem or cancel an order. And the tracking number sent is fake.

We placed an order for shoes on a website that, at first glance, appeared to be the legitimate website for DC Shoes. After ordering, we never received a confirmation email or tracking information, and never received the product. We were charged (luckily via Paypal), yet the seller's name in Paypal was "Christie Hammes" and the associated email was [email protected]. Neither of these names appear to be associated with the website or contact information provided on the website. I did contact the Rebekah Barajas email requesting additional information and expressing my concern, but never received a reply.

After reviewing the website, I am certain it is a scam. The URL to the scam website is: https://www.dcshoesskate.com/ while the legitimate DC shoes website is: https://www.dcshoes.com/.

I received a tracking number and waited till yesterday to find out where my package was . That’s when it hit! None of the carries had that tracking number!

I got a call from a Dallas number 972-944-4568 with the name Jessica. I did not know the number and let it goto voicemail.

The voicemail indicated they needed to verify my Amazon loan and verify my Information with a reference number. They said to call back at 877-867-5139. It’s identical to the previous report except my call was from Dallas.

I dialed 800-927-5470, which was on a WALGREEN's bottle of Resveratrol Dietary Supplement, 500 mg, Item #444899, Bar Code 311917017662, expired 06/26, which I purchased online (4 bottles). When I called the number to speak to a Customer Service Representative, I was offered a free lifeline monitor, press #1 or press #2 (if I wanted it or not). I did not want it. They asked if I could hear them and STUPIDLY I said YES. I hung up and redialed the number and pressed the YES number (as if I wanted the item) and when they asked if I could hear them I said NO. I hung up.

Still needing an answer to my original question from Walgreen's, I looked at another product's bottle of theirs (Niacin) and the phone number was different. I called the number, 800-925-4733 and spoke to Jake and told him of my experience with the first number. He asked for the information on the bottle, which I relayed to him. He said he would pass the information on to another department (I can't remember the name).

Tonight, I redialed the original number and there was a different offering....HOT TALK. I hung up.
