I placed an order with PUPA (from their website pupapaws.com) for a “Lick and Roll Bowl.” Five days after completing my purchase, for a total of $14.99, the item had still not shipped. I then contacted the company via their email [email protected] to cancel my order and request a refund. In response, I was told that the order had already shipped and therefore could not be canceled.

However, four days later, the tracking information still showed that the package had not been received or processed by any shipping carrier. This suggests that the item had not actually shipped at the time I requested cancellation.

Additionally, I discovered that PUPA intended to charge me an additional $39.99 for a subscription service that I did not knowingly agree to when placing my order.

They have not responded to further inquiries or cancellation requests.
