Sizing is not consistent. First order size xl fit good. 2nd order they were way too tight. Product didn’t even look to be manufactured by the same company. I asked for full refund or exchange under their risk free policy and I was told that I would have to pay the shipping. I tried calling and the phone number rings once and disconnects. Each emailed response they tell me it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. No where on their website does it say this. All refunded or exchange info states "free returns" or "risk free".
