Had me fill out passport renewal info and charged me $88 for the “application packet”. At which point, I then realized when I opened the packet (sent to my email), I had not actually paid the $130 standard passport renewal fee.

USA passport online.org claimed to help with US passport application and did not provide the disclaimer until payment was received, that this does NOT include the application fees and was just a fee to fill out a form that is available for free. This was not listed anywhere on the site other than contact us page. Which did not give any contact information
