This is a fraudulent business. First, they claim to be affiliated with Sub Zero and their name and website attempt to confuse the consumer into choosing them because of that false affiliation. Second, they quoted me a price for a service and when the repair person came to make the repair, he only completed part of the promised service, saying the he would need to return with another person to complete the work. Third, after repeatedly attempting to request for them to return to finish the work, they will not return my call and have said that to complete the work, I would have to pay twice the amount that was quoted. New Yorkers need to be warned about this business and its fraudulent practices and unethical business practices. This business needs to be investigated and shut down so they don’t scam others.
