Someone sent a letter saying to contact the office because the Home Warranty for my property may be expiring or has expired. Failure to call the office could result in me being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs. However, I may have time left to activate a warranty on my home before it's too late. It goes on to state they reserve the right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage after the expiration date. Please respond immediately by calling 888-413-5452. It says Sincerely, Vicky Mercer Program Director. This is the second such letter from this person.
