Website selling toys is fake. Went to check out and it came up as “donation” i thought nothing of it but i have since learned they are indeed a scam website and paypal cannot help me since it was a “donation”.

I was trying to get a crochet pattern from Passionate Crafter and a sign up came up asking for my information. There was no phone number. After I provided my credit card information I realized it was something wrong.

Ordered product from site. Next day got a suspicious email that said shipment on hold pending payment. Could be 5 business days. Researched online and most sites say this is a scam website. Looking closer at the ewe site detail it has areas of suspicion. It keeps repeating its mission statement and you have only 9 hours to cancel an order after placement.

I placed an order on this site, and ever since I have not been able to access the site without my phone freezing, and when I try to email the customer service I just get all my emails sent back to me... very annoying

Received two charges for $1.95 on 1/24/23 and then later for $39.95 on 1/29/23. I called the number listed on the charge (1-888-638-4163) and they asked me for the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of the credit card used. The accent was thick and sounded like it was from India. She identified it as a streaming service by the name digitalizze.co. I didn't recognize name or believed we had initiated service. She agreed to cancel service and also agreed to refund both charges in 3-5 business days. We'll see.

I first bought from this website i found on tiktok, it was like a rip off of amazon which is becoming quite popular now. 2 Weeks go by and I dont get what I ordered, then I see a "refund" come in from cashapp, it was 16 dollars. Just like that i was charged the same amount they refunded. I email them and no time goes by so I let it go because money is replaceable and it was only $16. Now today, 1 in the morning and I'm charged 30 dollars. That's mental. So I look the company up and sure enough people have been scammed. When you look up the location on the website they provide which is 4252 Tosca Rd, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles CA 91364 it's some rundown unfinished shack. Picture updated aug 2022. On their cashapp however the location is linked Buffalo, Wyoming. What's more is all reviews on the website are pre-generated and when you make one nothing happens. You can't make a review. Someone need to get their real information, don't even bother looking in california. It's in or near Buffalo wyoming. It's a fake business so of course there's no real information on the company to find here. It's one person or a small group. Please figure this out.

Good afternoon,

I feel as thought I have been scammed on Facebook. Back on December 6, 2023 I paid for a China hutch to be refinished via Facebook. I sent her payment via Venmo goods and services. At that time she did not give me a timeframe so I followed up on December 14, 2023 and she said there were others ahead of me. Again did not give me a timeframe. On January 13, 2023 I followed up to see where I was in line and she said she was starting it Monday January 16, 2023 and that I would receive progress pics. On Wednesday, January 18, 2023 I followed up for progress pics and she said I would get some that weekend. On January 19, 2023 the next day she said the shelves were damaged and requested more money to replace them. At this point I was uncomfortable with the whole situation given she still would not send me pics of the progress so I requested a refund. She’s refusing my refund and Venmo is denying my claims since she’s telling them she’s going to give me my product on X date. But she has promised to give me pics that didn’t happen. I requested pics again today and she ignored me and said a friend of we had in common would send me a reference. If it wasn’t a scam I don’t see why she won’t send me pics. I feel as though at this point I’d just like my money back as it seems this is all a scam. Attached is where I sent the payment to her. I have photos of the conversations on Facebook I can send as well but it only let me upload one. Please feel free to contact me for additional photos.

Ordered laser engraver on Dec. 30, 22 @ $49.95. Notified by USPS on Jan 20th China label was fraudulent. Postal Service added label listing "Online Seller, North Las Vegas, NV. After paying postage due $5.80 package arrived today, 1/27/23, containing a polyester scarf of nominal value. I've sent an email today to [email protected] demanding a refund of $55.75. The party at North Las Vegas is assisting in and is part of a consumer fraud operation. An online search revealed several questionable returns.

I was searching the web for furniture. The company michaelgaryfurniture.com came up and pulled up what I was looking for. The website does not give you a phone number or any means to contact the company to inquire about what I was looking for. I clicked on all the tabs and I keep getting error on page found. When I tried to research the company it is nowhere to be found.

I ordered clothes. I paid express delivery fees. When I did not receive my items I emailed multiple times and was assured my stuff was in route. 30 days later I received an unmarked package. After research I found it came from the scam company. It was a cheap ring I ordered a bunch of clothes. Bait and switch for sure.

I placed an order January 4th for a 3-pack underwear pack, hoodie and shirt&shorts set. I emailed them multiple times to check on an update as one hadn’t been provided. It’s the 26th and I have yet to hear anything still.

I ordered boots from this company. I never received a tracking number, so I contacted the company and was then informed that the product was sold out and no longer being manufactured. I requested a refund, they did not refund me and have not responded to the multiple emails I have sent.

On Jan 4, 2023, I placed an order for keto gummies for $59.99 as the best deal per the website, tru-bio-keto.com. I was surprised to get two charges to my account $59.99 and the second for $198.78. I did not order anything for $198.78. I did not get a confirmation email of what I ordered. I immediately called my Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union and told them of the additional charge of $198.78. They stated that the charges were pending and would not be able to do anything until the charge actually went through The $59.99 is all I ordered. Many hours later, at least 6 hours later, I received an email stating the order has been shipped. Since the charges were still pending, I don't believe that it had been shipped. I called the number in the email and spoke with Waylen in the Philippians and said that I wanted the ordered cancelled. He said that he could not cancel the order "since it has been shipped" but he would give me a discount of 50% or roughly $80.00. I told him that was unacceptable and asked him what type of scam he was running. You triple charge an account and then want to give a 50% discount? In an email I told the recipient that I notified that bank and that if the package showed up at my door I would refuse it. Around Jan 9, 2023, the charges went through and I called the Bank(Navy Federal Credit Union) and they submitted a fraud dispute and a claim for the charges. The Fraud Dispute is still pending as of this writing. On Jan 11, 2023, the packaged they shipped showed at my house and I refused it and had it returned to sender. I emailed them again and told the recipient that I sent back their package and they had no reason to hold my money. They told me in an email that since the account was frozen, and that before they could send a refund, my bank had to call them and tell them there was no longer a dispute. I emailed them back and told them that any intelligent person would know that if they sent back the money the dispute would go away. They have ignored me since.

I ordered a comforter set from the online website, “Everythingcuteclub.com for my daughter for Christmas a few weeks before on December 12, 2022, as a last minute gift. I have yet to receive a shipping update nor a notification that the items have been sent or are in transit. Since it has been a while since I ordered it and I have been patiently waiting due to being considerate of the Holiday season, I have now grown concern that I have been scammed. I reached out to them via their customer service email at [email protected], I have inboxed them on instagram and I have tried to track my package, but no tracking number has been provided. They have not responded to my email and when I reached out to them via instagram, they redirected me to the customer service email I’ve previously provided in the above statement. I have also reported it to my bank and they are doing their investigation on the matter as well. I have attached the communications that I have had with them so far below and have attached them in chronological order, as well as provided screenshots of other customer comments or complaints under their instagram post. Thank you for your time in helping me to report and solve this issue so that it does not happen to anyone else.
