I ordered two sweatshirts in 10/2022. I received one in late December and after many unanswered emails, the business let me know there was a hold on the other sweatshirt with no time frame of when I would get it. I have reached out via website email and Instagram private message countless times, with no response. Many others have reported similar circumstances. I want a refund but cannot seem to reach anyone involved. All of my activity and reviews on her account get removed (along with others).

Attached is a Reddit account with MANY similar complaints.

The product took over 3 weeks to arrive and was not as pictured. The dog beds smelt horrible, were smaller than advertised and terrible quality. The return address was not provided until all products arrived (multiple shipments). The return address was China and the return transit cost (157) would have been more than the product cost (150). The product was shipped to me from a US location (NJ) but when a US return address was requested the company said a US warehouse address was not available at this time.

I order a jacket from this took a $119 out my account. I tracked the jacket all the way to Savannah Georgia which is a hour away from me when I tracked it. It says they sent the package back to sender's upon sender's request and they already have my money and I have no jacket. It's past the delivery date and I keep trying to contact them.

I saw an ad for Pledge 5 scrubs on instagram or Facebook and ordered a pair on January 13. I was then emailed told they were out of stock and I’d get my order Feb 8. Sometime after Feb 8, I emailed to ask for an update. I was told an elaborate story about how they were again delayed due to covid and I’d get them Feb 21. I still haven’t gotten them and they are not answering the last three emails I sent. I found multiple Facebook posts stating similar situations.

I ordered a gift for my fiance on January 20 for valentine's and I paid 76.23 for the gift and still have not received it and there is no phone number or anyway to contact the company

Purchase a golf cart and never received, asked for more money to get over the border, asked for more money for taxes, insurances and now a lawyer is asking me for more money to get my money back. This was purchase in Sep 2022 and I am still been asked for more money.......

Clicked on promotional link from Patriotswhilesaleclub.com which directed me to bargainwarehousesdrirect.com. Entered all my order information and when I clicked submit button the error showed that “you cannot use a prepaid debit card for this order”. I checked my debit card balance and that amount was removed. The bargainswarehousesdirect Alias uses Visualize Craft Essent as another name which takes the money out of your account. I have called the main company that sent me the email and they cannot assist. I’ve called the bargainwarehousesdirect phone line and they do not find an account for me or anything about my order. This is a scam if no one can tell me where my money or product is.

They sell bras on Facebook and have a bunch of fake reviews. They pretend to be in the United States but the products ship from other countries. Mine shipped from Italy. It's been almost 2 months and seller just keeps telling me it's on the way. Now reviews say nobody is getting the product and if they do they are junk or don't fit. Company says they have a guarantee but others say they are not honoring it.

Hello i am sending this to you because i place an order on 2/9/2023 and i have not heard anything back on my oder my name is **** ***** *** ** ***** ****** ** *********, and I'm trying to see where is my Order now your shipping said anywhere from 7 days to 15 days and it's now been 10 days and I have not heard from your company about my Order please can someone let me know what is going on with my Order please and thank you . i never got the shipment and i lost my money lesson learn i will never order nothing else online.

I placed several order vía her website and all we’re pre-orders. Shipping dates came and wait and no items were received. She gave several excuses, none of which made sense but ultimately she disappeared and never shipped any items or refunded any payments. I even submitted the forms she created requesting a refund. She then canceled orders and did not actually issue any refunds.

Purchased merchandise (*** boots) from this website. Didn't know it was a scam. My credit card was charged 170$ usd / 236$ Canadian dollars. Never received merchandise. Emailed them and they said they didn't have a tracking number for the package.

Purchased shoes for my kids through multiple preorders. Scammer kept saying there were delays due to issues with the supplier, but promised the shoes were coming. Made threats of being blacklisted and all orders cancelled if chargebacks were filed. This went on for about a year until she finally just disappeared.

Monkey Feet has turned into a scam aging back to March 2022. R****** has not only committed fraud to her customers but also her vendors. She has now removed herself from communication platforms and if you are able to find a method of contact she blocks you. No product or refund, let alone effort has been made.

I ordered the Mini GPS tracker from Vernier on Jan. 16th, and received it in the mail on Jan. 20th. The setup instructions said I need to purchase an activated SIM card which it said nothing about in the purchase information. On February 1st, and 15th, Vernier took $16.95 from my debit card. Again, the purchase information said there was no monthly service fee and the product was free to use. I want my money back but I cannot get in touch with Vernier. If you call their customer support number it automatically sends a text saying to contact them via email ([email protected]). Nobody responds to the emails either. Below is the advertisement for the product.

Signed up for a regular subscription of toys and treats for my dog. Toys were to be strong and durable. Five minutes chewing and it was in pieces! Tried second toy…same thing and she almost choked on the break of the chicken that she bit right off!!

I purchased a Yeti from this website: www.thewebersell.com and immediately after the purchase a suspicous screen popped up with an order # and $ amount but no other website identifying information. I did not receive an email receipt which I would expect from an online purchase. I got an alert text from our credit card company saying that my card "wasn't present for an international transaction at bestduka.com" but the purchase amount was charged to my credit card with the merchant listed as bestduka.com. It's now 12 days later and no email or product. I tried contacting the company through their website. No phone number listed of course. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. On my credit card website it says that bestduka.com is in Tanzania.
