They send you a defective product then they offer you $5 reimbursement if you complain to Paypal, then when Paypal is involved they offer full reimbursement uF: 1) you send the defective item to an address in Hong Kong (address seems incomplete, so no chance it reaches them, ON CKIENTS expense with proof that it was received by them and 2) they reimburse you AFTER they receive it and IF the product is in GOOD CONDITION. In other words they srll crap but you have to return a product in perfect condition to get your money back.

I purchased an item from eBay user "mwee9252" that was supposed to be a 14k gold chain, however after a few days of wear, I started having an allergic reaction around my neck where it had turned green. When I took the chain to be tested, it turned out that only the lobster lock was real, it had been attached to a gold plated chain. mwee9252 is the ebay seller's username. My eBay order number for this purchase is 01-1*****-1****.

Scammer posed as Schrott Automotive LLC DBA All About Autos LLC to receive money for fake car listing posted on Carfax and eBay. Documents of sales agreement, bill of sale, fake titles, fake websites were used. Scammer has bank accounts in Nampa, ID. Igor Dovak was a name listed on the car sales agreement. Fake phone numbers were also used.

Searched Google for Enterprise Rental Car 10/08/2024, needed car for 8 days to go to Missouri. The man identified himself as Bob said all the usual greetings. Explained needed a car… He searched for a deal. He was very customer service friendly, said we're running a special for 7-day rental, economy car, unlimited mileage, basic insurance included, for $210.00 rental and $200.00 refundable deposit. If rented thru American Express, would get a day free. But I only have a Visa debit. Hold, then told me supervisor said could use a GO2 Bank debit card as they are affiliated with American Express. He told me to buy prepaid GO2 Bank card. Went to King Soopers, bought card, loaded $410.00 on it. Went to my car, called Bob back at his number and extension. He finished booking information, gave him card detail's, he ran it, gave me my conformation number for the reservation, pick-up location time and place address. He also briefly went over the insurance data and free day details. He thanked me for using Enterprise, and we hung up conformation number was 1880944213, pick up and return time 9:00 am, at 301 E 1st st, pueblo, Co 81001. Dates are 10/09/2024 thru 10/17/2024. This transaction mirrored all the others I have done with them, all seemed fine. At 3;10 Bob called me, saying had used wrong card, needed $200 more deposit to process rental. Told him couldn't do it, would have to cancel. He said could do one hundred but had to get new cad. Was starting to get suspicious so played along, said could d $100, he agreed, said would give 2 free days next rental for the trouble, hung up. Verified scam with head office. Called King Soopers, Kroger, GO2Bank, Greendot and Visa, all were rude except Kroger who actually helped me get info. Said had to investigate, then denied claim after five hours on phone and 12 numbers 15 useless people later. There is a lot more to this that I can't explain due to the letter limit. But it is important info.

I saw the ad for them on Facebook Marketplace and ordered several outfits, received them and they were of poor quality. So I called ScamPulse.com to check on them and found out that they were a scam company.

We answered a Facebook posting from Currently Appliances LLC in Hawaiian Gardens in California for a used washer and dryer. Jadira implied that it was a functioning set without actually saying the words. The listing did say “fully functioning” That should have been a red flag to us. I couldn’t perform the swap of old machine for new to us machines for 3 days. Once installed we found both machines to be defective. The washer agitator didn’t move and the dryer stopped producing heat once it warmed up. Once reported back to the company, they slow played us and tried to blame us for “messing” with the appliances. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I’ve resorted to fixing the machines myself, but it is appalling that we were delivered DOA appliances, and then to add the insult that they did.

I now find that there are many complaints, (that I didn’t see before), about this company selling DOA appliances and reporting them as scammers.

The scammer used the name of a legitimate company Nightmare Toys and was offering merchandise at clearance prices (tees and hoodies). They advertised on Facebook. They claimed it was delivered. It wasn't. I'm not the only one scammed.
