As others have mentioned, this is a fraudulent website where a customer will receive an invoice/receipt from an individual name. My immediate complaint to PayPal was met with a denial and the result is a $95 charge and no merchandise received. The fraudulent steps even go so far as to send a shipment tracking number for a fake company. Multiple attempts for contact through the original website or the shipping company are only met by silence.

In calling the actual Olukai customer service , I found out this outlet site is fraudulent. I was never recieving my sandals. I felt something was off- I was right. Contacted my financial institution and filed a claim.

The website appears just like the genuine Olukai shoe site. I was charged the wrong amount (more than what my total was) and the name associated with the charge is Ronelle Chaverst, not anything to do with Olukai. I never received any correspondence such as an email with receipt of my order. Never received any merchandise.I feel it is a phishing site.
