very misleading sending fake checks with see thru envelopes especailly on my birthday. i would like to file harassment charges as i have been getting these fake notices for years based on great southern bank as my lender whom sold my mortgage to another lender...which further rubs in the insult as i wanted gsb as my lender. and this just insults me as i no longer have the lender i wanted. to top it off, the number on my notice was oasis home protection. the woman demanded my checking account information to start a policy. i said no she in st louis Missouri transferred me after saying she had to get a manager at their headquarters in miami florida...the next person said the headquarters is in jacksonville florida and they are underwriters for omega home care. and that oasis home protection had several other offices and names...as well as they do not take checks by mail, only by phone.

I received a postal letter from Oasis Home Protection, Home Warranty Division, telling me that my home warranty is about to expire. This is a recognized scam operation. I encourage you to call John T Shaw who the company is listed to and ask about home warranties. His home landline and cell numbers are shown above in this scam report

Company is sending letters on a monthly bases. They are demanding renewal on this warranty that I never owned. They say the builder was the original contractor and transferred it to me when the house was purchased in 1973.
