I ordered multiple different heydudes that were on sale, when the order didn’t get delivered in the 3-5 business days like it said it would I followed up with customer service and they stated it was in transit. After well over 3weeks of trying to get a location on the package I asked for a refund and they refused. I called them out for being a fake company and after 30+ days in transit, they are still refusing to refund me and they are giving me the run around stating my package was stolen because “their tracking” shows it was delivered to my house. I have security cameras that are on 24/7, nothing was delivered to my house.
