It appears they are the same scammers attempting to damage my company's reputation.

@Mike Garcia and @Rich Miller are using the emails [email protected] and [email protected].

I will be reporting this to the Broker Snapshot, FMCSA, and factoring companies to ensure everyone is aware of who they are. It’s evident that they are collaborating to carry out a scam by failing to pay drivers and misrepresenting the real carrier to create false stories.

Mike Garcia is also the owner of Elite Hot Shot Services, Inc., a trucking company based in Harris County, Texas.

They are part of a larger scam operation, not paying drivers and fabricating false stories. This individual requested references, truck pictures, a driver’s license, and truck registration, all of which we provided. Despite this, they are still ignoring our calls.

Do not engage with these scammers under any circumstances.
