Filled out a form in the mall to win a free trip to the Bahamas. Was contacted by merchant. Paid fees that were supposed to be for cruise which was included in resort stay for 2. Was told I had 18 mo to use vacation and had to have 90 day notice. Time was about to expire and was offered to pay a fee to extend time for an additional 18mo and port fee was needed to be paid for both person traveling. Was then notified the cruise line was having issues and if I wanted to stay additional days at the resort I could just pay the resort fees and I could get my own transportation. Plan was switched to resort only and was told I still had cruise which the previous fees where just for the cruise which I thought that was still a lot considering the cruise was only to get back and forth to the resort only. Once I paid the resort fees they then tell me I have to pay more money! I haven’t went anywhere and it’s not a free trip they are scammers. They then argued with me for wanting a refund. Is very unprofessional. I asked to speak to someone and they told me they don’t communicate over the phone which is a lie I’ve spoken with someone before. They then deactivated my account so I couldn’t have access to my stuff
