I am the author of another book Bushwacked they also charged me thousands of dollars and is a scam and fraud. They promised the book will be placed in an exhibition at the Frankfurt book fair and then in Miami. I traveled to Miami and found with the management that they did not even know who are these people. Complete fraud, I don't understand why the US government regulatory authority allows them to continue these fradulant activities with no action

Type of a scam: Counterfeit Product

I am an author with a new book out and this company contacted me (several people with different names and numbers) telling me they will present my book to the big publishing houses. They said they recommended it to Harper Collins and then someone from Harper Collins called to congratulate me. She was part of the scam and was not from Harper Collins, of course. She told me she would send me a contract and $175,000 advance, but first I would have to get an international literary seal (it doesn't exist) by sending $15,000 to the Philippines. She changed the amount to $5000 and said their company would pay $2600 if I could send the other $2400. Foolishly I did. It was picked up by another person who was also part of the scam. She also guaranteed that I would be highlighted in the New York Times monthly most recommended books' section for another $5000 -- saying it actually cost $10,000 but their company would pay half. Please DO NOT deal with this company -- they are liars and professional scammers.

This is not true i published and published my book through MLE and i have been making sales and i loved the book and my cover. Competitors do this alot!
