I ordered 3 "Life Planners" over the internet, from a company called Meanwhiley. After 3 months of tracking the purchase, per Meanwhiley's instructions, I wrote to their company support email. They said the package had been delivered and signed for on the 18th of Feb, 2035. This was NOT the case. After several emails back and forth, they said it was my responsibility to contact the carrier to see what happened to the package.
I read the company's reviews before I ordered from them, but was not careful enough. Do NOT order from Meanwhiley. They are scammers.
