I ordered Maggie's Tanks at buy 2 get 1 free. I received the items and tried one on. When I removed the garment, the cups flipped and folded and I was not able to restore them to their functional position. I wrote to the company and told them about it. A person responded right away and they apologized and asked for photos. After I sent a photo of the faulty garment as requested, they admitted that they had sent their older model and that they will send me the newer model with the cups sewn in as a replacement. They asked me to send my shipping address, and the size and quantity and color desired. This company offers a satisfaction guarantee, so I was happy to hear that they were going to replace the faulty items. After a month I had not received my replacement so I wrote another email to check on the status and the email bounced back to me. I tried two more times to email them and the emails bounced back all three times. At that point I knew This was a scam.
