This company stole $178.00 off of my credit card, stealing meaning I ordered from their website valentines day gifts for my girlfriend 2 weeks ago, valentines has passed and these scammers have not sent the gift I canceled the order and asked for my money back , they send the same email item shipped , and they have not shipped anything from China , they then gave me a tracking number for a yun express that is not even valid. I recommend staying far away from this scamming [censored] punks, I'm out $178.00 and a pissed of girlfriend that is highly upset I spent that money on gifts she will never receive . The scammers used to use angelic rose for the website until they got caught scamming , they changed the name to madeofrose to hide the fact they got caught for scamming before . I warn you stay away from this site they have no company info on their website they use a fake number, false address , and an scammer monitored email address that sends you the same automated message every single time that's useless.

I ordered a bear from this website for $87 on January 28th and I was expecting to get it by Valentine’s Day, February 14th. I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel it and I wanted a refund, but they never did it. I have sent them multiple emails sayin I want my money back and still no response. It is currently February 24th and I still haven’t got the bear. Definitely a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

The company name is Madeofrose and the address is https://madeofrose.com/. I ordered an item/Luxury Rose Bear with Gift Box × 1Red/White Heart 15"(40cm) from them and still have not received after almost 5 weeks. They are not forthcoming about how to resolve this issue and have indicated that any concerns I have after shipping are mine to resolve. The tracking number is not attached to any specific delivery company so resolving or tracking down is not an option for me and because I still have not received the item, I have a strong suspicion that they could be a scam and want others to be weary of ordering from them.
