The person (Man) with a Foreign accent told me that I had been under paying my tax on record since 2010. I could tell he was calling from a large room with many people talking on the phone. He asked my age and immediately made me ten years younger and that I sounded cute.

When that did not work to his desire, he went so far as to say he was looking at a picture of my daughter (I have no children). That she is very pretty/lovely, looking like me when I was younger. And He stated that he was in love with my daughter. (The call went from threatening to just plan dirty.)

When I said that I would report him to BBB, and did not immediately panic to what he was saying, he went on to tell me that he was coming to house to get me. I simply said "Come on, you won't like when you there."

I hung up on him because, I got angry by the second with him threatening me.

I receive a phone call or voice mail everyday stating that this is my second or final notice that I am trying to be contacted for IRS fraud. Today I received a phone call stating they would like the name of my lawyer and that I needed to call back immediately. I have filed the do not call list online and have to wait unail the 31st for scammers to stop calling. This phone scam is an automated woman's voice through a computer and not a real live person. I was initially tricked but didn't give out any identifying imformation and called the local police dept and they told me at that time it was a scam and if the IRS was after me they would not be calling my phone. This scam is real and very scary to receive a phone call stating someone is after you.

7/19/17 @ 8:55 am. Recd message on voicemail stating that it was a Final Notice from IRS, that there was a lawsuit against us and we needed to call 254-563-4931 immediately.

I reported this on IRS line. A recorded famel(midwest) voice on my tape stated IRS is filing a lawsuit call (315) 292-1999. Reverse lookup listed this line as follows:

*** *** (315) 292-1999

Location: New Hartford, NY Full address available

Phone type: LandLine/Services

Carrier: PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. - NY so the carrier ought to immediately cut this line off.

threatened that there was a warrant for my arrest., I would be sent to jail for 6 months for tax evasion..I knew something was up because he did not address me by my full name...he only had nickname...couldnt understand most of what he was saying so I had him repeat everything...he got exasperated after a bit and hung up...

I received a call with a voice mail stating the callers name was Andrew and they have been trying to reach me. The call was final notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to get more information I am supposed to call 1-844-647-9748

Was contacted by someone stating that they were from the IRS and demanded that I pay now or they would come and arrest me.

Received a phone call with a recorded message. Voice indicated they were calling from the IRS and a suit had been filed against me. I should call them immediately. I called several times and they did not pick up. Just tried again and they answered and wanted my name and mailing address. I told them I knew it was a scam and hung up.

Called me this morning around 10:30. Claimed to be IRS and that we had committed Fraud on our Taxes for several years and the sheriff was coming to arrest me in 2 hours! I called them back and they hung up on me twice. My wife called the number and they hung up on her when she told them we knew they were scamming and we were reporting them!

Got a phone call, reportedly from the IRS, telling me that this was my final notice, and that the IRS was suing me. To find out details I was to call 803-421-9169. It was a robo call. Since it obviously was fraudulent, and I keep trying to be on the DNC list, I want to see them shut down.

Got a message stating the IRS was investigating bank accounts,saying we owed $ in back taxes and they will freeze all accounts to get their money. Said this would happen in 3 days unless you called phone number given. They said they would work with you to get the cash but you must call # NOW to get payments started!! That was 2 weeks ago. Bank accounts are fine. Don't get scammed by these thieves !!!!

Robo-call telling me that a warrant had been issued for my arrest for tax evasion. I returned the call and was told that I had tried to defraud the IRS. A warrant had been issued, my bank accounts would be frozen, my driver's license would be suspended, etc. When I demanded to speak to someone in-person, I was told that I would need a criminal defense attorney before I could report to court. When I further demanded to speak to someone in-person, I was transferred to the Audit Dept. and spoke to another "officer". He asked if I had the funds to resolve this $4568 charge outside of court. I told him this was clearly a scam, invited him to send the arresting officers, and hung up.
